Purchased my.car from a dealership in Utah and it arrived filthy - inside and out. Cloud 9 did a fabulous job bringing it back to life and now it looks and feels like new! Evan took great care and time in making sure nothing was overlooked and did a top notch job. Excellent value! The shine is absolutely remarkable and my car is pristine! Even my tires look great! My car looks like I just drove it off the dealership lot! It looks like a blue pearl. The inside / outside detailing performed by Cloud 9 is on a whole new level! This is white glove luxury service detailing. Their service goes beyond washing the carpeting and windows; every nook and cranny inside the car was touched and restored to brand new. My tires were “dressed.” The paint was restored to a deep luster and feels amazing. Evan even replaced the rusty screws holding my license plate. Even my beat up WeatherTech floor mats look brand new. Evan at Cloud 9 did an outstanding job on my car. The customer service was professional, responsive, and well, top-notch!
I am so glad I went to Cloud Nine to get my Subaru detailed. I had both the interior and exterior done. I bought the car used, and the previous owner had used it for construction supply hauling & offroading -- and it definitely showed. Evan was so clear about any extra work that needed to be done on the car, and the communication was so much appreciated. My car looks amazing, and I can't wait to show it off on the road. Cloud 9 did an amazing job, and got my car back to me quickly. I'll absolutely be going back for any detailing work needed in the future.
Excellent customer service from the 1st call to the owner, Evan, to inquire about interior detailing. Evan was very responsive and was able to get me scheduled for 2 days after the call. The detailing itself was top notch and the car really looked and felt like new with attention given to every corner of the vehicle. Evan went above and beyond and dropped me back to my place after I had dropped my car. He had even offered to pick me up after the detailing was done in about 7 hours. Exceptional customer service and quality of service provided. Would highly recommend.
Just picked up my Tahoe and I’ve only had it back for a half hour and have gotten multiple compliments on how good it looks. Evan did amazing job on my exterior detail. I mean the shine looks like glass. His work is really something to admire. You can tell he works hard and is passionate about the work he does. Vert professional and respectable business. Prices are very fair and you definitely get what you pay for. I would highly recommend!!
