I went here and I thought that since i was paying 40$ for a car was I would get the best service possible especially since I have a personal priority of taking care of my things. Starting off the employee greeting me was incredibly sweet so i had high hopes for it but I was wrong the person driving my car through the was seemed reckless when I see him pulling out of the wash I could see his speed up to 40 mph and then slam on the brakes and I was horrified when I saw this and as well as I paid extra for interior cleaning and when I got in the car my cup holders were filled to the brim with soap and my dash still had dust on it. As well as recently Ive been finding dents in my rear doors that were not there prior. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!
I used to wash my car with Low option $29 , it was good outside and Acceptable inside clean .. - Last time I picked the High option, & the Result was worse than ever the inside still bad & even the Dashboard… IT IS NOT WORTH IT TO PAY MORE .. if u go there ? Just go with lowest price.. the result is the Same ..
My sister accidentally spilled coffee in our car, and we needed urgent help. From the moment we arrived, Jesse Hackett the store manager, was incredibly kind and attentive. As soon as we pulled up, he greeted us warmly, walked us inside, and immediately set up an urgent appointment to have the seat cleaned. The receptionist was also very kind. She offered us coffee and water and made sure we were comfortable while we waited. The entire facility was clean and smelled great, which immediately put us at ease. The pricing was extremely fair, especially considering how quickly they were able to fit us in. Jesse’s professionalism, respect, and genuine care for customers truly stand out. He shows what great customer service should look like. The team worked efficiently and handled the issue quickly. We were in and out in no time. We highly recommend this car wash to anyone looking for a professional and trustworthy place. The company is truly fortunate to have a leader like Jesse, someone who naturally delivers the level of customer experience most companies spend hours trying to train their staff. We’ll definitely be returning.
I had my jeep interior & exterior detached. They kept it overnight I picked it up next day in the afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised at what a wonderful job they did. I Promised Enrique the Manager if I was happy with the work they did I would post about it. I had my doubts because it’s kind of hit or miss when you bring your vehicle in to get a wash But I will continue to keep going there to get my jeep washed as long as the service is good!!
