My niece (who has very little money) had her car detailed here. I've done detailing, but due to physical issues I'm not able to do it any more. But, I know what a complete detailing job entails. Have polishers, Groits products, foam canons, portable pressure washers, stacks and stacks of microfiber towels, etc. The whole nine yards, so I know a thing or two. Just not physically able to do a thorough job anymore. Otherwise, I would have done it for her. They charged $340. There were still crumbs on the carpet and in the seat crevices, so didn't vacuum very well. Didn't use a Tornador detailing gun. Lots of trim wasn't even touched, including the dash. Didn't use an extractor on the carpets or the upholstery. Said they did the engine bay, but still dirt and dust on many hoses; so didn't steam clean it. Didn't use an engine dressing product afterwards. I ended up re-doing a lot of it (physically challenging), including applying a Triphene coating to the finish. My recommendation is to avoid these people and look elsewhere.
Doug took good care of my ride. He talked me through what he was going to do and then did it. That's exactly what you are looking for when trusting your car to them. I plan on going back.
100% Recommend Done Right Detailing, they performed a complete detailing on our 6 year old vehicle and got it looking like it just rolled off the dealership lot. Great customer service, easy to work with scheduling!
This place is amazing. They did an OUTSTANDING job on my company van and the owner was great. DONE RIGHT is indeed the right name for it.
Great place for a great car, Track or Bus hand wash. They're super friendly and accommodating. Your wash experience is completely transparent. You can see/watch your vehicle the entire time. They tell you anything is washable. They did wash our 12 ft hight bus put enough air fresheners And a wonderful customer space for you to wait. Highly recommend
