I had an excellent experience getting my car’s interior detailed! The service was top-notch, and the price was very reasonable. I only needed the inside done, living on gravel, my car gets super dirty and dusty, with debris settling into every nook and cranny. Eli, the owner, tackled the job with precision, making my interior look and feel brand new! Eli, the owner, is truly one of a kind—down-to-earth, humble, and incredibly easy to talk to. He has a great energy that makes the whole experience enjoyable. Whether you're chatting about cars or just life in general, he’s the kind of person who makes you feel welcome. Even though I was running late, he was still accommodating and got the job done. Highly recommend this service to anyone looking for quality interior car cleaning! I will definitely be returning!
We found a lost puppy in the Kahler Grand Hotel parking lot while staying there as a patient of the Mayo Clinic. We knew we had to save the poor dog, so we brought her to Rochester Animal Control. Luckily, she was chipped and returned to her owners. Unluckily for us, she left the back seat of our rental car filthy. We searched for a place to detail the vehicle to avoid rental fees. We were quoted $100 at other locations to clean the back seat. After hearing our story, the guys at Discount Detailing refused to take our money. They cleaned the car, making it look better than the day we picked it up, FOR FREE! Never have I experienced such a thing! The owner was more interested in paying a good dead forward than charging us—great detailing, but more importantly - GREAT PEOPLE. I couldn't recommend a business more! I bring my car to a local place that washes and details cars. I wanted to get my car shampoo'd and detailed. After having it done, the seats are wet, I let him have the car until next day to get it dried. After I picked up the car was still wet, anyway I don’t want to argue I took my car and when it got dried, the bad smell that I was feeling before I wash the car come back and I can also see some dusts that was before and still was there, this is horrible place I will not recommend anyone to go here because this person just takes your money and will not clean your car. My car still smells like cigarette smoke!! IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR TO BE WASHED AND CLEANED PLEASE DO NOT GO THIS PLACE!
I’m talking a long trip soon. Called discount detail. Eli was able to get me in with in an hour. He also have me a great deal. 150.00 for the first detail, and I can comeback within 6 months and he will do it again for 50.00 everyone else I called was talking between 500-700 for an interior detail. Discount had earned a lifetime customer.
