You'll get your car washed, with lots of dirty spots remaining. To which they'll tell you your $40 car wash doesn't cover that, and you need their $100+ detailing / waxing to get things off that rub off easily. They used to do a better job for a better price, but now it's just a disappointing overpriced poor quality car wash.
I should really read the reviews before I come. Pre-covid this place was expensive but at least does its job. Now despite you buy the highest cost tier, they barely do an exterior cleaning that has a worse quality than any normal Chevron automatic wash that you can get for $10. Yet it costs you $45 and a long wait. I had a hard time persuading myself that my car is even touched. They basically just wet it. The windows are still filthy. They said they have vacuumed my carpet but they have not. They have given me a $2 air freshener for the "air freshening service". I have no idea why this place is even opening. Folks, go to an automatic wash for $10 with a better quality. This place is over. It is not even remotely doing the job even with the lowest standard possible.
Terrible service and long wait times. Did not throw away visible trash and did the bare minimum. Mats were just as dirty before and after. Don’t waste your money. San Carlos location is 10x better and actually cleans properly. Interior is dirtier after.
Apparently, if you hire the "cheaper" cleaning services, they'll only clean the outside. I could do this at a self-cleaning service at any gas station for $7. I gave the tip before seeing the car, if you give the tip make sure to see the car inside first.
Not worth the price or the frustration. Today I paid $145 plus tip for a gold wash. $45 and an additional hundred dollars to have the interior doors cleaned as I watch from the waiting area. They parked right in front of me as I sat on the bench, I noticed they spent less than 30 seconds wiping down the inside of my car when I went over to point out the areas that were still dirty that I could see from the waiting area. The employee acted like he didn't understand me. He wiped down one small spot and handed me my keys with a confused look. I was already running late for work so I didn't catch everything that was missed. Only till later realized just how poorly the job was done there was still a spiderweb hanging for my rearview mirror no air refresher no attention to detail and certainly not the level of service I paid for. What really frustrates me is that this was my second time giving them a chance the first time I thought maybe the lackluster result was my fault for not purchasing a higher tier package so I decided to splurge this time. It wasn't busy when I went around 11:30 AM on Thursday so I don't understand the rush job. I honestly can't help but wonder if I was treated differently because I'm a woman either way there's no excuse for the poor service and complete lack of professionalism. I will not be returning.
