I’ve been a loyal customer of Paradise Car Wash for over a decade, having two cars with them during most of that time. However, in the past year, I’ve encountered four frustrating instances where I arrived at the wash only to find it closed long before their published hours. Despite my inquiries about the reasons behind these closures, I was informed that they only saw a few cars over a couple of hours. This is particularly disappointing because Paradise Car Wash publishes their business hours, yet they fail to honor them. Instead, they shut down when they’re not busy and don’t provide pro-rated rates for customers who are not able to use their services. To make matters worse, they don’t even send text alerts to inform us that they’re closed. In almost every occurrence, I’ve called Bubble Barn, only to find that they were still open. Today (2/1/2026) I arrived at 3:30 PM and they are scheduled to be open until 5 PM. Another car was in front of me looking for a wash. The snow was done, I wanted a wash to have a clean vehicle for the week. I kindly request that Paradise Car Wash implement pro-rated rates for times when they are not open and provide text alerts to customers so that we don’t waste our time driving over to find them closed.
STAY AWAY FROM THE SCAM! I paid 57 dollars for a clean service, Tell me, does this look like a 57-dollar car wash? The guy in front of me paid 28 dollars and they did exactly the same poor service! Worst car wash I have ever been to, and of course they are not paying attention, they vacuum my AirTag.
I had the highest level wash full service with ceramic coating. The car wasn’t vaccines. The mats were power washed. Zero bug removal, zero removal from running boards. I watched them power washed and they spent less than two minutes on it. Saturday morning wash with no line. Worst wash I’ve gotten from this place. Very disappointed. I am rewarding at home. Wasted $70.
I brought my vehicle in for the high end wash and was extremely disappointed. First the employees put the vehicle on the tracks in park so I got to watch my van fly up in the air a couple of times. Then when the sprayed the water out from all the windows they didn’t even bother to wipe it down again. $60 later and my vehicle honestly looks more dirty than it did when I got there. Absolutely will not be returning for any reason.
Did a great job on the outside but for the full service wash and cleaning the of mats with a total price of $80 should’ve been a bit better. I guess it’s for cars that are already cleaned that doesn’t need much attention. Only cleaned the top of dashboard and speedometer gauge cluster. And nothing else doors are horrible debris was still in the back on the floor windshield and windows were half cleaned. I left the armrest open thinking they would kindly vacuum up the debris there. This was a vehicle I just acquired from a private seller and wanted to get it cleaned. But the Icying on the cake was they stole one of my mats. I strictly remember while gathering my things and getting out the truck seeing ram by my left foot now it’s on the ride side of me with in-proper fitment. I noticed when I got in that it was bunched underneath my foot which it wasn’t like that before, just thought that they put it in wrong. So tried stretching it out with my foot but didn’t make much of a difference 3 mins into my drive leaving I noticed that the passenger mat was missing so I called them at 11:07am. Stated I was missing a passenger mat. I was informed no mat was hanging up. Which okay that’s fine. It was newly acquired so maybe it wasn’t one there but I felt that it was. After arriving to my destination I visually inspected everything and you can definitely see that they had removed the driver and passenger mat and moved the passenger mat to the driver side which cause the bunching. Not only that’s you could see that 2 mats were there from the half cleaning and being that I had the mats cleaned you can see where they attempted to move it over but it doesn’t match because it belongs on the passenger side and the kept the driver side. I called back at 11:22 to state the discrepancy. They asked the time I was there for Service; 10:36 is when I bought the wash but had a 10-15 min wait. So which it was done at approximately today at 10:46-10:50. I was told they are going to review the cameras and get back to me. But I’m 100% sure a mat was taken and I’m not crazy. And not to satisfied with the cleaning. And just thing I was going to get the wash and buff which would’ve totaled out to $111 but something told me I didn’t need that. Happy I didn’t get it with the service I got. The time at making this post is 12:08. Still waiting from a call back from them. Received a call at 12:38 will be going in tomorrow to work out something to remedy the issue also seen a response to the review about a full interior detail. Thought that’s what I paid for but I guess not, I picked the highest service that was offered on the machine hopefully they credit that amount paid towards the next full interior detailing. Will update or delete post after tomorrow’s update.
