The 2 people power washing my vehicle went the extra mile to get the snow and ice off my vehicle. I watched them go the extra mile for sure on a truck in front of me that was covered in snow, ice and dirt. They were both very hard working employees who payed attention to detail. They deserve a raise.
IF YOU NEED A CARWASH THIS IS A GREAT PLACE TO GO!! I am a very satisfied customer! I’ve been here a few times and have always been pleased with the cleanliness and efficiency of the facilities, but today I had an extra positive experience and wanted to share! All of the employees were wonderful (as they have always been), but Kyon in particular was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond by double checking to make sure I was happy with my services. If I could give 10 stars I would. Whatever he’s being paid, double it because that’s what he deserves!
I came to get carwash, had to tell cashier 4 Times I didnt want the membership. Drove up, said wash id like, cashier started with sales pitch, and I stated "no thanks"... didnt stop pitch. Said no thanks again, she started again....no thanks...ran through the WHOLE PITCH......sat there, with hand and card out of window.....started whole pitch Again. Finally got wash paid for, and no clean towels for wiping windows.
Overall I like having a car wash membership but god forbid you need customer service. They asked me to test their app and I did (being the happy customer I was) - my discount then fell off my account. I tried letting them know via the app, via email, and calling. When I finally reached someone the girl said they knew about the issue and her manager was working on it. When I explained that no one had responded to me in over 2 weeks, she just said we know about the issue. I then asked if it would be resolved before my next bill and she said I don’t know. — how are these acceptable answers and how is this customer service?
The employee knowing damaged my hood by using the power washer incorrectly. The original report done by the manager on site said that the damage was due to the power washer but the claim was dismissed because the damages to the car don’t look like it could be caused by them. They claim that the very obvious piece of bird poop was a paint chip that caused the damage even though the bird poop and damaged area was a good 3 inches away from each other. Just another example of a company taking no responsibility and not wanting to hear out a customer.
