This place was recommended by a neighbor in our Neighborhood Facebook group. I’m so happy she took the time to recommend this small business. My 2010 Ford Fusion was in really bad shape and when I picked it up, it looked and smelled like an almost new car. I couldn’t be happier with the service and the people working there are friendly and super accommodating. Making an appointment and selecting the services I wanted was completely online and very easy to do. We will be back!
My experience was great, Maurice had good customer service n did a great job cleaning my car inside n out for reasonable price.
Just used Auto Embassy for a full SUV detail and leather seat cleaning. I made them aware of an issue on the passenger side seat where the leather appeared to be stained and asked them to see if they could clean that. When I picked the car up, there was a significant tear in the leather on the driver's seat. They told me it was already there. I have never seen this tear. Since I told them about the other seat issue, I would have assumed if other leather damage was found, they would have called. No notice until I picked the car up. Additionally I found grease under the seats that was not cleaned and the reasoning was 'they didn't shampoo the carpets so they wouldn't have used liquid products'. I wiped the grease off with my fingertip so it would have only taken a swipe with a rag to clean it off. I am extremely unhappy with this business, but paid for shoddy service, and have only this opportunity to warn others. On another note, the location and visible condition of this business is not exactly desirable. Fair warning to others.
Five star review for Maurice and his crew at Auto Embassy! For what I think is a fair and reasonable cost, my car came back looking brand new. They do exceptional detail cleaning, and I would highly recommend their services.
Update Feb. 26, 2016: traded in the car that Auto Embassy cleaned inside and out, and after I went home, the sales lady called and said they had already sold my trade in... less than 2 hrs after I left with my new car. Great job, Auto Embassy! You helped to make a very quick sale for that dealership. Went to Auto Embassy to get my car cleaned inside and out before I trade it in. Website scheduling was easy to do. I received email reminders. Such a friendly owner and helpful staff. My car looks beautiful! I'm very happy with the service provided and highly recommend this local business.
