Let me first say I don’t want to make review, But after seven years of being a customer and being treated so poorly, I must. I bought my car in December 2019 and been taking it to Walts ever since. As of the last two years, taking it there has just been a complete waste of my time, whether it’s been them taking too long on the car, and me having to return the next day. Or them keeping the car for a significant amount of time or just poor customer service. This last visit they had my car since December 23 of 2025, and let me tell you I understand its the holidays. But After five or six visits, Pure unsatisfaction. I’m tired of it. They call me and tell me that the car is ready, when I pick the car up, it’s having the same issues 2 miles down the road. So I dropped the car back off at their shop, and call them Monday to wish the guy who answers the phone is extremely rude. He has very poor customer service skills. He would not listen to what I had to say about my car and insisted that it was a different issue than what brought my car in for. They tightened up the Charge pipe said that the issue which it did not. Upon Arrival to move my car to a different shop. I see my car parked against a concrete pole. I go in. I speak to the owner, he blows me off, And refers me to the guy in charge. The guy in charge was not helpful never said sorry and this whole ordeal in the last six visits. I’ve just been tremendous waste of my time. If you expect someone in the shop to respect your car, you are wrong and you need to take your vehicle somewhere else. If you respect your own time, you need to go somewhere else. If you respect being listened to and heard you need to go somewhere else because these guys will not do that. Post it below is a picture of how I saw my car about arrival to the shop. I’ve done nothing but be nice to them and giving them chance after chance after chance. This is my last time getting blown off by the shop and shop owner. Take your car somewhere else.

I have been their customer for past 4 years and always admired them for quality of work done. However, something seems to be odd for last one year. No matter how much patient I am with them, they fail to fix problems, and I have to revisit 3-4 times. Also, every visit has different diagnostics, different problem and full price of repair for the same symptom. For example, A/C not giving cold air resulted in 5 visits total, 4 weeks in the process, and $2k from my pocket. Most recent being getting a quote to replace door latch for trunk on my Mercedes ML 350. They quoted $500 for the job. What is surprising is that I overheard the phone operator talking to the owner and discussing a total of $200. $135 for labor and remaining for the parts. I do not know if they have run into some bad debt or what, but it is not the same place anymore. I used to proudly recommend this business to all German car owners. Hope they are back to same standards one day. 3 stars for past experiences o star for what I observed in last one year.

We needed new brakes on the back. We were quoted right at four hundred. When picking up the car today the bill was over eight hundred. After discussing the difference between the quote and the bill we ended up having to pay over seven hundred. We have our own business and we don’t run our business this way. Won’t be back! Waltz is not the only Audi service center! On a better note, the car drive great! That’s the only reason this rating has a two.

I’ve been to numerous shops around town and always struggle to feel a personal connection with anyone. Took my car in two months ago for oil change/general service. My oil light came back on the other day, I let them know my situation and they got me in on the same day I called. Check engine light came on as well which they were nice enough to scan my car free of charge. Easy to say I won’t be going to another shop again. Thank you Walt’s and Dennis as well!

I bought a 1972 vw super beetle and took it to Walt’s for an idling issue I explained that I wanted to do whatever it needed because i am planning on driving it regularly.They had my car for about a three days and called said it was ready and good to go, I ask if they could inspect the car because I needed to get it licensed. They told me they could and they were there till 5:30 and to pick it up by then. I get there and they have a list of things wrong and say it won’t pass inspection. I was going to trailer it home and they acted unsure if I should drive it. We came back a few days later to pick it up paid the bill and left. The car didn’t make it a block it was doing the exact same thing it was doing when I dropped it off. When we called they ask us if it had gas. Then sent someone to look at it then eventually towed it back. The issue I had wasn’t fixed I don’t think they even test drove it. They acted like it was an inconvenience to explain to me what was wrong with it and like they really didn’t want to work on it. I was so upset with the experience I had with them. He did end up replacing the fuel pump and charged me for the part and half the labor but I also paid 200 dollars for the initial visit which I’m convinced they didn’t even test drive it. I would recommend anyone considering where to take their vw go to Tom’s imports, I took my vw over there immediately after leaving toms it was still having issues and I needed another opinion for the repairs the car still needed and they have been so helpful and have had exceptionally good customer service……I just picked up my car and was informed the fuel pump they put on was used and for ever part they put on they charged over 4x what it actually cost. I can’t say enough just go to Tom’s Imports. Walt’s is a joke and Brandon is a crook. Then he calls me after my review to scream and cuss at me and call me names like a child instead of a business owner. I included pictures of the used part he put on my car. I will also be telling everyone I can find to listen about how this business operates.
