Car wash looks great, but I had mine and my sons cars detailed inside today. All that was done to it was a basic vacuum and wipe down. Pretty disappointing bc I had used them before and it was fantastic! Plus they took belongings out of my son’s car.
Really good car wash. I think I'll be taking my GMC Sierra 1500 there going forward. I've tried club car wash (wife has an account there on her car) went to mcbees and go car wash... Just wasn't satisfied with the level of clean that their automatic wash would give so I figured I'd try Charlie car was out today. Was very impressed with the wash (for an automatic service) the 5 day guarantee rain or not is a nice addition. Just have to keep that receipt. Added the hand dry service and it was a nice addition as well. Didn't have time to try the mat cleaner or vacuums but it's included in any purchase so I'll try again. 1 Star off for trying those things and will probably update review. Excellent service though loved it.
I wish cleaning the interior didn't cost so much when you're already paying 45 dollars a month for a car wash as a member. It's an additional $25 per clean. I understand charinging for it because it's a lot of work. We definitely tip when we attend. Our membership for one car is 45 per month and for our second vehicle is 36.00 per month. That would be the only thing so far I would say should be a discounted price for members for interior vacuuming. They are really friendly and do a nice job at the 40 highway Independence Location. It's our favorite one. We try and stay away from Lee's summit. They do not have the option for you to vacuum out the vehicle on your own like the 40 highway and Liberty location.
I happened to be in Missouri and needed a car wash. Visited Charlie's car wash at Independence, MO and I love that they offer free vacuums and detailing stations after washing. They also offer monthly memberships, which are a great value if you like keeping your car clean year-round. Whether you’re just passing through just like me or a local, Charlie’s is definitely worth a stop.
I am editing my review. I was invited in for a few and and I went today, everything was amazing. I was asked to look over my car and the even corrected the one thing I saw. Thank you so much for the amazing service recovery. No one was helpful at the pay window, the employee started clicking things, total was $48. I was like uh I just want a basic wash and express interior. Get to the wash part and they can't do it because I have a hitch on my SUV. They refund my $10 wash, then have me pull in the bay. My car has been sitting in the bay for greater than 10 min waiting on the $28 interior express clean. There are 5 employees with 3 cars in the bay, 4 employees working on one car. The end product wasn't even worth the wait, there was still crumbs and dirt in obvious places.
