Got my car detailed today and it was a great experience! He was super friendly and the prices were fair! My car looks so clean! I’m very happy with how it turned out! I’d definitely return if my car needs some TLC again. Totally recommend!
I had a coolant hose leak and needed my engine bay cleaned. I called Jeff (the owner), and he was able to get me in the same day. I told him I was still working on my car, so I was running late for my appointment, but he still got me in. When I got there, he was talking to another customer, so I was going to wait until he was done, but he acknowledged me and said he'd be right with me. Jeff did an excellent job and went above and beyond when working on my vehicle. The customer service was excellent too, which is lacking sometimes these days. I had a really good experience at Pro Detailing Solutions. I try to do everything myself on my vehicle because of the bad experiences I've had when others have done anything to my vehicle, but I'm glad I took a chance. I was actually telling my family about Jeff as he was working. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. If you need your vehicle detailed, give Jeff a call... I forgot to mention what stood out to me the most. I was really worried about all the coolant and what it would look like after he was done. As soon as I thought it, he asked me if I wanted to see my engine bay before he closed the hood. Thank you...!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the customer service and the job that he did.
Jeff with Pro Detailing Solutions is awesome! I was picking my sister up from her detailing appointment and asked Jeff about tinting. I’m visiting from out of town and he didn’t have immediate availability for tinting. HOWEVER, he did ask about ceramic pro for my white interior. I had considered it before but was on the fence. Clearly, I went ahead and did it. It is sooo worth it! He put ceramic pro on all of the white including the dash. I may be able to wear dark jeans again! He told me how to care for it and even threw in a wash to get all the bugs off from our cross-country trip! If I lived here, I would be back in a heartbeat for all of my cars’ detailing needs. My next time through town, I will be sure to make a stop. And he’s friendly to boot! Long story short, he made it look better than it did when I picked it up from the service center.
