Went in first thing this morning for the first time to get an oil change and had the best experience! From the second I pulled into the lot to the very end, everyone was very attentive and kind! I would give it 10 stars if I could! Wonderful experience!
Went here for the first time on Sunday. Very little wait time and oil change was fast. Inside was vacuumed and cleaned very well and car wash made my car look so good! Will not be going anywhere else but here from now on! Staff very friendly and helpful since it was our first time there. Explained how the whole process works.
Very disappointed with this service. Car had absorbent amount of dog hair. They removed ALOT OF HAIR!! However I was not happy with smears on back window, front windshield, same issue. Outside mirrors, same thing, smeared. My dash had a large section that wasn't even touched, ran my finger thru and left my dust smear. I pd $310 for this service, 57.00 was extra for amount of dog hair, they made that clear in beginning. And I was fine with that. Need to pay more attention to detail, absolutely no excuse for for half a$$ service. Won't be back
I’ve been coming here for years, never had an issue with getting oil changed. However recently I have noticed the detail and car wash have gone significantly Downhill. They didn’t even make an attempt at vacuuming the back of my cab, and a poor job at wiping down the interior. Will not be coming back until amends are made. We pay for the detail with the car wash and this is unacceptable.
I previously left a 5 start review based on previous experiences but came back to change it to 2 stars. Today’s experience is less than desirable starting with the arrival. I arrived at 1015 just after opening. Cars were back up to the street as usual. By the time I make it to the window the only girl working is in a 15 minute call for who knows what. The lady working the first bay realizes it’s backing up and goes to assist. I asked for the works plus I quote I want all the vinyl scrubbed clean. I’m leaving it and will be back when you get it. They call 2 hours later they did the basic wash and lightly cleaned the interior. For $65 on a regular cab truck should be spot less…see pictures below. They also didn’t do the works package another $45 so the missed out on money I was willing to pay.
