This shop is amazing. The owner personally took the time to carefully explain all my options, had patience with my detailed questions and squeezed me into his schedule on less than a week’s notice because I was traveling through town on my way back to the east coast. I am VERY impressed with the quality work and attention to detail. Im on a budget as a senior and the price was absolutely reasonable for the size and age of my vehicle. If you are interested in a high quality non-toxic underbody protection that stops rust, is drip free and expertly applied with care (including subframe and drains), this is the only place in town! These guys are so knowledgeable about what they do. They continue to learn and hone their craft which I love. We brought our 2020 RAV4 after finding built up concrete that a dealership did not disclose to us before purchasing. They were very clear with the results we should expect and reached out to us with pictures and videos during the entire process. This allowed us to make proper decisions on what to do next, and even provided us with the evidence that this car had driven through wet concrete at some point. They removed about 100 pounds of concrete from the car and were very honest, stating they wouldn’t keep it if it was their car. We greatly respected this and made us feel that they aren’t looking for just “business” but repeat loyal customers who will trust them. After that car we ended up getting a brand new RAV4 which we will be taking them to have coated once we’ve broken it in a bit. Highly highly recommend. *After thought edit. When we first purchased the car we noticed the headlights seemed to be pointing low. After a trip to the dealer they said everything was fine. After bringing it to these guys (and removing so much front end weight) the light issue was fixed. There was so much concrete in the subframe it lowered the front end. If that doesn’t tell you how much work they put in I don’t know what will.

Brought my 2001 Dodge to the great team at Gottsch's Goo as it's in very good condition and I wanted to make sure the truck stayed rust-free for years to come. Spoke with Erik about the Wool Wax treatment and came to the decision to spring for that. They got me in a week early after a different guest canceled their appointment and kept me updated every step of the way with pictures and messages (22 pictures worth!). They flushed the frame, rockers, and other places I'm sure, and deep cleaned the underside of my truck before applying Wool Wax to the inside of my frame, rockers, fenders, and obviously to the whole underside. They did a phenomenal job and I'm confident that their hard work will last for years to come. Great to see such pride in their work and the whole experience was pleasant from start to finish. Would recommend for anyone who values their vehicle's longevity.
