I drove from Lincoln to have my vehicle detailed and was disappointed with the condition of the car upon pickup. Several areas were clearly missed, including visible dirt and grime in crevices, muddy shoe prints left on the passenger-side floor mat, and damage to the piece that secures the floor mat in the second row behind the driver. I reached out and did receive a prompt and thorough initial response, which I appreciated. The owner explained the delay that occurred that day, and I was grateful for the transparency. A touch-up was offered. However, I explained that I am 38 weeks pregnant and had already made a significant drive for the service, so returning was not feasible. I asked whether he would be able to come to Lincoln to remedy the issues and noted that I have fairly open availability. After a full week with no response, I sent a follow-up message and still have not heard back. At this point, the lack of communication has been just as disappointing as the quality of the service itself. While I appreciated the initial acknowledgment, the unresolved issues and complete lack of follow-up ultimately left me dissatisfied. Based on my experience, I would have expected better attention to detail and stronger customer service.
Christian did an awesome job on my car!! It looks great & I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs their car detailed. My car was needing a good cleaning/detailing & he made it look so good inside!! Now I need to keep it that way!!! 😊
This was my first time getting my car detailed since I got it a few years ago. My car looks brand new! I’m very pleased with this service. They did an amazing job & it was nice not having to leave my house. Would highly recommend.
