I am rarely rendered speechless..... Today was such an occasion. The absolute impeccable love and attention to detail Rob and his staff showed my 16 year old POS TRUCK was REMARKABLE!!! My car looked better than the day I purchased it from Corwin Ford.... Last week I had it appraised for trade in value... Not satisfied with the offer, I was advised to have the truck detailed by a reputable shop. On Point Automotive was highly recommended by a fellow Veteran and close friend. I'm simply blown away. On point is a very busy shop, but Rob was able make time and fit my truck into today's schedule and finish early enough for me to make it back to the same dealership I previously got an offer from. The truck looked so nice, so NEW that the appraised offer beat the previous offer by $2000.00 Dollars.!!! Amazing. Thank you Rob and staff!!! Thank you thank you!! You now have a customer for LIFE!
Rob was fantastic to work with. We needed to get an ozone oxidation treatment done as soon as possible, and he was incredibly responsive and accommodating. He understood the urgency of our situation and made every effort to get the job scheduled and completed quickly. I had an exceptional experience with On Point Detailing. He helped prepare my truck for a private sale and worked wonders by buffing out all the hard water stains on the glass on the truck, making it look showroom ready. Hello, I took my classic truck over to on point automotive detailing last week, I was immediately greeted by the staff that was onsite working on other customer vehicles. Rob and I reviewed the entirety of what was being done that day with my vehicle and agreed on a time it would be complete. The time was on point and accurate the attention to detail at this shop is incredible. They do not miss anything! And not to mention price was honest and fair.
