Took my car here for their mini interior and exterior cleaning service and I can say that they did an AMAZING job! I just dropped by without a booking and they fit me in their time slot. Great pricing for the value they give compared to other places. Worth every dollar. Will definitely come again. 👍
I was refused by couple detailing shops after quitting my construction job and kinda worried at the time come to this store, but thanks to Brentwood Auto Detailing, it was like a miracle when I come to pick up my car. Appreciate for all hard working, detailed, thoughtful and super friendly staff here. Definitely a recommendation!!!
Booked for a mini detail for $140.00. Didnt even get a car wash. Entire bottom panels around the car not even washed. spots inside the car were also not checked to be clean, windows not cleaned. Manager did ask me to come back to get it rewashed, but thats not what I expect for a mini detail and honestly its a waste of my time to come back as i can wash the car myself quickly the spots that were missed, but definatly not a mini "detail". manager sited new employee, but why was the car not checked if hes not a trusted employee with experince. Friendly fellas. For some reason they lost our appointment, but they managed to squeeze us into their schedule. Our car was pretty disgusting 'cause we bought it third hand from a friend who never cleaned it. Now our car looks new and smells nice. We were pleasantly surprised to find that they took out the cap where the gears are at. It was filthy inside and they cleaned it without us reminding them. Though they forgot to clean the bottom of the cap, it's still pretty impressive that they paid attention to details. We did find a few debris here and there, but that's just us being very picky. For full body detailing, their price is reasonable. I'd recommend them.
This was my first time here and I was impressed by how friendly and hard working Mark and his team were. My only tip for customers is to do a thorough inspection once they're done. I forgot to look under my rear seats and they had completely skipped vacuuming that part! I brought the car in with the rear seats folded down so they definitely should've seen it when they did the car interior. Other than this oversight I'm very pleased with the quality of their car wash and detailing - there were some dog hair stubbornly imbedded in the upholstery and they did a great job removing those!
