Rarely do I ever post reviews but I would rate Photo Finish Detailing 6 stars if I could! These guys really emulate the definition of professionalism and customer satisfaction. Their fully enclosed exotic car trailer provided safe transport of my new vehicle from the dealership back to the detail shop. At the shop it reminds me more of a lab , everything spotless/sterile looking, organized and spacious. It’s obvious from the moment you first step foot inside that these guys are truly legit! The products and services they offer are the best on the market . They made me feel comfortable while discussing the available services and products. Prices were incredibly fair and reasonable. My car received full PPF, ceramic coating, window tint and a few other exterior cosmetic changes. During this process i stopped in a few times to observe the progress and was beyond impressed and satisfied with the quality of work. The attention to detail and precision is truly world class. So lucky and privileged to have Photo Finish in Syracuse. If it wasn’t for the referral I don’t think I would have been confident in anyone else working on my car. These guys literally check every box , I’m a customer for life.
When you see perfect five star reviews and you are a veteran in business, you immediately get concerned. Because nobody is perfect. But then when you work with Benny and the people at the Photo Finish Detailing, you realize that no human being is perfect, but there is a level of customer service that equates to perfection in customer reviews. These guys worked on my 2026 Ford F350 power stroke, platinum plus tremor I ordered this truck from the factory brand new to my specifications and I’ve only had the truck for about a month. But I did not hesitate to hand the keys over to Bene Wells and his Teammates. Believe it or not for the week I was out of town I knew my truck would be in better hands than mine. The level of care, attention to detail, pride in the workmanship, but most importantly urgency is unmatched anywhere in Central New York. I would venture to say possibly the entire state of New York or beyond. They did audio install, window tint, full Detailing (Yes, I got it that Dirty in a month) As well as a three-year ceramic coating that blew my mind. It probably sounds like I was paid to leave this review, and rightfully so. I feel indebted to these guys because the work they did for the price they charged was more than worth it. The least I could do Is lead feedback. Do not hesitate to pay what they ask, leave your keys with the confidence, and look very much forward to the finished result. This is a five star Establishment with true professionals behind the counter.
100% will recommend Photo Finish to anyone looking to get their vehicle detailed - they truly did an outstanding job on my CR-V! The owner, Ben, is a true gem :-) We communicated via text and I was able to get an appt within a few days. Ben was courteous and professional - even offered to shuttle me back to work and picked me up when my vehicle was ready. It made the whole process super easy and convenient. My car is SPOTLESS and I feel like it's brand new again! Incredibly fair pricing as well. Keep up the great work, y'all - I will definitely be a repeat customer!
Ben and his team are masters at their craft. Attention to detail is an understatement. Had my new Wrangler tinted and ceramic coated and couldn’t be happier. Give these guys a try for all of your detailing needs, you won’t be disappointed!
Everything was great! From appointment scheduling, to drop off, to finished product. Bene is extremely knowledgeable and very impressive workmanship! I am bringing another one of my cars back in for work, and a friend of mine scheduled an appointment the day after he saw my car. 10/10 would recommend to anyone! Especially if you have a high end car.
