I purchased ziebart’s platinum ceramic protection package for my 2022 Ram 1500 that included full rust proofing and ceramic paint protection and I couldn’t be happier. I also got their Rhino spray on bedliner and it came out beautiful and ready to use the same day! They did a fantastic job and my truck looks better than when it was new! I love the new ceramic paint coating and how my truck looks with it! No rust for my truck!!
This one is better than the one in Cicero, much nicer people and better service. However I purchased a ceramic coat package with interior detailing recently. I showed the salesman that I’d like them to get all of the back end, including lifting the compartment lid to get the debris with the vacuum. He assured me he would tell them, they’d definitely vacuum and shampoo it. Well my back end was clearly untouched, both in the compartment and on the visible surface, not even wiped down on hard surfaces. Lesson learned.
Having an appointment for 8:00am today meant nothing to this company. Arrived at 8:00am, checked in for rust inspection service. At 10:30am I asked about the wait, and a staff member said in a loud voice "hey man what do you want me to do, I have 47 vehicles here today", in a belittling and OFFENSIVE voice. I politely reminded him I was here at 8:00am for my appointment and their was not much of a response. I called the Nissan dealership we bought the car from and rustproffing package and they said "their is not much we can do as we have parted ways with Ziebart", no other explmation. After that call suddenly the car was taken in and right back out minutes later and another person said you are all set. With the last car we had this done to, it was always wait for a while for the car to dry, which I would have been fine with. Had I known I would be treated like this I would have never got the rust proofing package from the local Nissan dealer and Ziebart. NEVER AGAIN!
This place should be ashamed of itself. They have ruined the frame of my 2013 Chevy Silverado. After I placed a claim, they waited over 6 months to get back to me and told me that because I didn't come in within the time frame in 2020 I was not eligible for a claim. I called them to make a appointment for 2020, where they told me due to COVID I couldn't bring the truck in until further notice and they were still granting my warranty. I also told them in 2021 and 2022 my state inspector said that the frame was getting rusty. I left the truck with them for 2 days both years and when I picked it up they told me I was all set. Terrible customer service and managers at this location. No proper communication at all and extremely unhelpful with this whole situation. Only after contacting corporate we got answers. They did nothing but just spray more undercoating on the frame so I couldn't see the rust. Now it has costed over $8,000 dollars to repair damages they caused on an otherwise good vehicle. What a joke. Thanks Ziebart for nothing other than ruining my truck. Make sure anyone reading this stays away from this place, or they will ruin your vehicle, too!
