I recently had Jonathon work on my new 4Runner that I wanted to treat to paint correction and ceramic coating. He worked on my last vehicle, and I was still getting compliments on the paint years and years down the line. He is knowledgeable and fair. He's great with communication, which is a rarity these days.

Carolina's Finest Detailing is a rare find, just a little off the beaten path from Charlotte. Johnathon is a delight to work with, from being helpful in explaining his products and process, seeing some of his work in process, and sharing his love of cars. Oh, and bonus points for great communication, as well as options - call, text, or email. It's definitely with the little drive to have your car get pampered. I used Uber to travel back home for a very reasonable fare with no issues. We ended up with a hood ppf and complete ceramic coat - and completely happy with the results.

Excellent experience, start to finish. Found Johnathon on a car group and then again through detailer search. With detailing you're truly picking the detailer and then trusting their product choice and I feel Johnathon's business was the right fit for me. From my first call I received thorough and professional service, with explanations on options rather than just high level. He listened to what I wanted and found a solution for that, he did not try to upsell, simply informed me what other options existed without pressure. Met in person, saw his facility and it exceeded my expectations. I again want to emphasize the time he puts into customers, getting to know them and understand what they are looking for. I also appreciate that he was transparent and set reasonable expectations, he said "perfection is a fallacy" which is true yet some detailers may promise perfection. Ended up adding PPF and the car was dropped of as agreed, everything was on time and accurate pricing which was very competitive. Very pleased with the outcome and would certainly recommend and return.
