⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had my 2024 Porsche Cayenne S serviced at Ceramic Pro Charlotte, and the experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Brian was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the best options for my vehicle, especially considering it has a matte wrap. He took the time to explain which ceramic coating, and protection products would work best without compromising the finish. What really stood out was his honesty and transparency. Brian was very upfront about pricing, services, and what would truly benefit the car versus what wasn’t necessary. The quality of the work was nothing short of superb. Such a great experience!!!!! I took my 2 week old 2026 Palisade to Ceramic Pro to get a price quote. Brian met me at the counter when I first walked in. He carefully explained the ceramic coating plans he offered and not once tried to over sell me on anything. I have never had a car ceramic coated and I was interested in the pros and cons. Brian gave me a tour of his facility, showing me several cars in various stages of ceramic coatings. The shop itself was pristine. After choosing the ceramic plan for my car, I was so impressed with the facility that I decided to have the shop detail my wife's, my mother-in-law's, and my brither-in-law's cars. I would give Ceramic Pro 6 start if it were possible.

You did the impossible and turned my daughter’s car looking brand new! When the hoods protective plastic began to peel I thought we would never be able to return it to its original finish. Incredible work!! Thank you!!
