I have no complaints about the car wash or the facilities, nor the employees. They are great. However, I have been calling Caliber for a few days and every (unanswered) phone call is exactly the same - "We need a moment to find a support agent ......" hold music for 8 seconds ..... "We are unable to help at this time ... please stop by" Pretty frustrating to not be able to reach anyone at this business without going in person.

A big thanks to the proactive and kind crew here — especially Hayden! After my wash, I pulled into a vacuum spot where one of the hoses had snapped in half, so I used the one on the right instead. Before I could even look up from cleaning to say thank you, Hayden had already come over with a step ladder and swapped the hose for a brand-new one — all without me asking or needing to move. Super kind, attentive, and impressive initiative. Great service all around!

Best most friendly and professional car wash in wilmington. If your a local or even visting i highly recommend stopping by! They make it so easy and free vaccume, air and window/ surfave cleaner is free! Kudos Caliber💓

I got my car washed at the Market Street Caliber car wash and Weston was most impressive in handling clients. As I was there I witnessed he and the others being attentive to each person in the lot post wash verifying they had what they needed. In addition, Weston came over and advised he was going to clean the front of my vehicle as it wasn’t quite up to what he wanted to see. I advised I knew it was very dirty on arrival and was advised it was fine because when I left he wanted it to look good. The statement he used was “we want every car that leaves to be a positive ad for Caliber”. I was super impressed with his attitude and level of care for the clients. This is a great representative of your company. I do not have a membership there but would not hesitate to refer folks or be a member anytime with Weston looking after things.

Have been coming to this car wash for about a year now, your car always comes out very clean and then you have the free vacuums, air hose and cleaning supplies for the interior of your vehicle. The staff has always been friendly here. Would recommend this place to anyone in the area.
