Josh was a pleasure to deal with. He was able to accommodate my schedule after I needed to reschedule. No surprises and a great job on undercoating my truck and my wife's SUV. Very satisfied with the results. Courteous and professional staff.
Called on a Monday to set up an appointment for rust proofing and to find out how long it would take. Was told it typically takes about 2 and a half hours for the first application and to drop off Wednesday morning. Wednesday morning comes I drop off my car at 8am. Fast forward to noon I call for an update and was told it's on the lift should be done soonish. Fast forward again to 3pm I call again it's on the lift now probably won't be done till end of day. Finally I recoeve a call 5pm my car is finally done. It took them 9 hours? Upon arriving to pick it up I have to ask what took so long. First I get it's that time of year we're really busy today. Ok but 9 hours for a 3 hour job? Well we had a lot of sitters who were waiting so we had to do theirs right away. So because I made sure to drop off early and make arrangements to be picked up so my 3 year old didn't have to sit and wait I'm penalized. I had plans for the late afternoon and errands to run on my only day off. If I could rate this interaction lower I would I'd give 0 stars.
From my first experience with Custom Trim of Akron in 1983 to now in 2019, their service has been outstanding!! Their beautiful work is professional and long lasting. Their staff are very courteous and thorough. I love coming here for those reasons, plus it’s a local business. They work hard and take great pride in their work. I made an appointment with Custom Ziebart to do an undercoating on our new car. I have used Ziebart in the past and have always been pleased with the results. I showed up for my appointment and was pleasantly surprised. My appointment was supposed to last 2 1/2 hours, and so to fill in time I conversed with Mark who is one of their representatives. He pointed out products that I never knew existed. I appreciated his time and expertise. My car was done in 2 hours, and as I was getting ready to pay, I asked about the door edge protectors that are clear, and told him that I would make another appointment to get them done, and he said they would do them now do that I didn’t have to make another trip. I’m very pleased with the service, my wife is very happy that her door edges are protected, but you can’t see the edge pieces. I will go back to Custom Ziebart again, and I will tell my friends about the excellent service they provide and the fair pricing that they have for their products and service. LARRY E. I bought a 2015 Camaro LS but wanted it to look like a 2015 LZ1. Not an easy task! I took it to the Dealership I bought it from but they looked at me like I had three heads. They told me they don't do that. They referred me to Custom Trim. Nothing was impossible at Custom Trim! Whatever I wanted they did! She is my USS ENTERPRISE! Ok, I'm a Trekie. The guys are great! Headed up with Joe's bubbling personality, " Had to dig him a little."! I couldn't be happier with everything. Now Joe is trying to talk me into Lambo Doors, I think he succeeded!
