Import provides the Best service available for my 2010 Honda. I have never had a problem they could not address and fix. The staff is most helpful when I ask questions to help with my decisions on repairs. I have been a customer for 20+ years and am always satisfied with the results. I've taken my Acura there twice and both times they've been incredibly kind, efficient, and honest. Their prices are also more than fair. I've been lied to by mechanics before but my experience here has been completely different; I couldn't reccomend them more!
Import AutoCare was EXCELLENT. As a college student, car repairs are extremely inconvenient both financially and time wise. My 2005 Camry received an alternator replacement and tensioning belt replacement. I dropped my car off Saturday and called on Monday and they understood my busy schedule and were able to diagnose and repair the vehicle the same day! Everyone I talked to was honest and took time to ensure my understanding and satisfaction. I appreciated the charges were fair for the repairs completed. Excellent customer service and repair work.
