After your techs left, I pulled my van into my garage and was able to look over it thoroughly. Wow!!!! The inside looks just like it did when my husband bought it new in 2017 from the Dodge Conversion Van Dealership in Kentucky! You guys are amazing! Your Techs are very professional and yet so courteous. Even though it was raining, I could tell that the outside was done very well and I'm impressed at how well you did the back bumper under the wheel chair door/ramp. The detail of deep cleaning and protectant just jumped out at me. Thank you. It was worth every single penny!! I am shouting accolades to all my friends and neighbors. I most certainly will be recommending your company to anyone that asks me for a recommendation to get their car, van or truck detailed! God bless you all and all your loved ones. 🇺🇸✝️🙏🏻
Never had a vehicle detailed before, but have spent a lot of time in the past making sure my truck was clean, until life took over. Found this company on google, seemed legit so called and booked interior detail, polite phone call. Detailer arrives day of on time, hand him the keys and off he goes. Pretty simple. He finishes up, i take a quick look, truck looks phenomenal at first glance. He packs up and leaves and i start taking a better look and he definitely missed some spots, door jambs are included but not done, kick panels weren't cleaned, and neither were the inside of the windows. Seats, floor and floor mats looked brand new though. Not overly impressed. Texted him about the door jambs and he said "I cleaned the door jambs lightly However, I avoided the lower seam/line area to prevent any risk of damaging the older paint" Which makes sense but i wiped them down with simple green in a couple of minutes so no biggie. Paint was fine. Would book again, but will check the vehicle over closer next time before he leaves.
The young man did an excellent job on my Ford Explorer. He was focused and stayed busy. He was quite pleasant so speak with and seemed to be a guy working to make it on his own. I liked the result of his efforts with my car. I will be using his company again and I recommend him for others to detail their vehicle.
Responded to an Instagram ad…booked, good communication, was scheduled a few weeks out for a time that worked for me, but they called to bump me back a few hours. Explained interior carpet and upholstery was main concern. They did an average/good job on upholstery and carpet, however the front mats didn’t look like they had been deep cleaned. (Just two mats it’s not like they are a huge thing…) I inspected before paying, asked to wipe down dirt spray off my light grey plastic interior (it was pretty obvious), they did where I pointed, but missed all the other areas. I didn’t follow up more because I don’t have time to point out what they should be seeing (as detailers) They were polite and responsive. Unsure why they wouldn’t clean upholstery then do final wipe down to prevent this… Seats looked good, but floor mats needed a LOT more work, At 1 1/2 hours they were…done. Was quoted $200, oh but also add tax oh but also can you also tip? So- 90 minutes, $233.94 for a moderate to ok job for my small car. Had I gotten exterior the bill would have been $300 which I would have been way too much for the end result. Good with scheduling and communication, super quiet, cordial guys but won’t be using them again since they kinda just did a “once over” instead of actually cleaning the areas that needed it most.
I've never had my truck detailed, so didn't quite know what to expect. I only had the interior done. The good: everything looks great. To a certain extent, I can only expect so much given how dirty my interior was. In that sense, it looks fantastic. Now the bad: the only reason I did this was because I had dropped a cup of frozen custard and it got EVERYWHERE. So in a way, they only had one job - make the ice cream go away. As it turns out, the ice cream is the only thing that DIDN'T go away (see pics attached). The windshield wasn't touched at all, but I would think that the streak of ice cream terminating in a chocolate chip would have been noticable. As would the white spots on the black plastic. How do you wipe that off and not notice them still there? Was it too much work? Like "I'm not touching your janky ice cream"? At the very least I'd have expected a "hey, this is going to cost you extra". So... Great job if your car "normal" dirty.
