I guess I’m not going back. Started with a brand new truck 10 miles from dealer to this shop. First two ceramic coatings were great. Next to last they left water spots under ceramic coating and the detail job was not good at all. Manager wrote this up and it was on the paperwork for my truck. Well I took it back this time and told them to concentrate on the ceramic coatings only so no detail. (I always tipped the person doing the truck very good). I just washed the truck for the first time. Water did not bead and roll off like it has in the past. Does not have the shine. What a bummer after what I payed them for the initial treatment. I just have to wonder if that’s what they want? Do they not want you to be a continued customer?? I wanted and planned to be but always wondered how they did all this to a full size truck for the price they charged?? Well Ziebart, I will take a call from corporate and possibly go to another location? But I’m done with this one, don’t need three strikes I’ll stop now.
They did a 6 star cleaning and detailing job. The truck looked brand new! Tremendous quality. We got a package when we bought the truck and it included annual reapplications at no charge. We ended buying some extra protection options which got real pricey real quick. I'm expecting not to need any additional options next year. I def recommend this place.

The vehicle was in between someone living in it and a homicide scene. Chris and his staff were very punctual and professional, they even fixed some paint scratches without it being apart of the purchased package.
Chris and Staff really do a great job! The 2011 below was a Birthday Present to my wife. Her first new car. It is her Pride and Joy. We have been going to Ziebart for decades and I swear service gets a little bit better every single visit. Wish I recalled his name, but the man who cashed us out was helpful on matching paint, where to purchase and then helped me review services for the upcoming visit for my truck. Wife is delighted, looks like new again. Ziebart always does us Proud.
