WOW! I just picked my car up from it's detailing and let me tell you! I have 3 small children that have spent the last year wreaking havoc upon the interior of my vehicle. I'm talking, suckers stuck to the rugs, cheese smashed into the carpets, an old sippy cup of ancient curdled milk that probably has the cure to some incurable disease bacteria thriving inside of the cup, gummies, and McSauce packets smashed into the cup holders. This was absolutely no joke and if my husband hadn't made the appointment and made me take the car in, I never would have remembered the true beauty of the inside of my car! James did a magnificent job and I can't believe it was possible. He might have even shed a tear at the end of the job at how remarkable his work turned out. James, if I was the queen, I would knight you immediately. Thank you so much for your time and effort. You can really tell how everyone here at this business makes it what it is! Will be back for more detailing as soon as necessary and I promise it won't look like that again!!! 😉

I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated when I contacted this shop with a simple question about my previous tint installation. I called only to ask what tint percentage was installed on my vehicle, as I recently received a citation and needed clarification. Instead of being helpful or professional, the owner who said his name was Jason immediately became defensive, rude, and condescending. He accused me of choosing illegal tint myself and implied that I was being dishonest, even though I was not placing blame, I was only asking for information. The owner then stated that the tint percentage was left blank on my paperwork, which raises concerns about how installations are documented and whether customers are clearly informed about what is being installed on their vehicles. At no point do I recall being properly walked through tint percentages or warned about legal limits. What could have been a quick and courteous customer service interaction turned into an uncomfortable and disrespectful experience. Long-standing businesses should value customers and communicate professionally, especially when handling basic follow-up questions. Based on this interaction alone, I would not recommend this shop to anyone who expects transparency, professionalism, and respectful customer service.

Showroom shine usually means inside and out, but this experience proved that’s not always the case. This place came recommended with a try at your own discretion, due to inconsistent interior work. I decided to give them a chance anyway and chose the Showroom Shine package. Scheduling was very easy and the young lady I spoke with was kind, professional, and able to get me in quickly. When I picked up my car, the exterior was truly shining down to the wheels. Unfortunately, the interior did not match. The pros and cons of black interior is that you can tell when it’s been cleaned and when it hasn’t. While my mats were cleaned very well and looked almost new, the carpet clearly hadn’t been vacuumed (even though that service is said to be included). There was debris still in my carpet & seats and even a straw wrapper under my seat, along with noticeable dust around the gear shift that should have been removed with even a quick vacuum (I know because in the summer time I’m vacuuming my car a lot since black shows EVERYTHING). But this wasn’t a case of black interior showing dust. It was simply missed. The final issue was that the small plastic trim around my gear shift was left loose afterward. I will be honest I didn’t return to have it addressed since the shop is about 35 minutes away so it wasn’t worth the gas for a piece that’s less than $25. So, If you’re looking for an excellent exterior clean and refreshed mats, this place may work for you. However, if you’re like me and expect all advertised interior services to be completed thoroughly, this may not be the best choice. Update: I’ve changed my rating to one star after the business’s public response. For clarity, the photos in my original review are timestamped for the day after the service and reflect the condition of my vehicle at that time. The business did reach out the day after my review was posted (at 9:30 a.m.), but like many people, I was at work and did not have the opportunity to return the call before a defensive public response was posted. That timing now makes me question the intent of the phone call. Regarding the center console trim, I would know if something was broken or damaged as my vehicle is still new, and my note in the review simply reflected that it was loose afterward. Rather than addressing my feedback, the response came across as dismissive and defensive, seeming more focused on discrediting my experience. Reviews exist to share real customer perspectives, and this type of response does not reflect well on how the business handles feedback. Based on the service experience and especially how this feedback was handled publicly, I will not be returning to utilize their services.

I’ve always had a great experience with Auto Details. Whether I’m speaking with Michelle or Jason, they’re friendly, professional, and always go above and beyond to help, even with last-minute requests. Every time I get my car back, it looks brand new. Outstanding local business.

I have taken several vehicles here over the last few years. Professional people, good prices, and stand behind their work. I even have family members that trust this shop with their cars as well.
