Booked an interior/exterior detail before a road trip, dropped my car off for the full day…and picked it up with the outside still completely dirty. When I brought it up, the guy argued I’d only booked interior. After checking, he admitted he read it wrong — no apology, no real effort to make it right, and refused a discount even when I asked. This left me scrambling the night before my trip trying to fix something that should have been handled in the first place. The interior looked fine, but the lack of professionalism and customer care completely ruined the whole experience. I booked here because of all the glowing reviews, so this was shocking and disappointing. Won’t be back, and I’d strongly recommend going somewhere else that actually values their customers.
Edit: 2024 update. I bought an 02 Corvette a few years ago that to me was awesome. Flawless was just getting started and Austin drove from Toledo to where I was at in Woodville at the time and did a demo for me in my driveway. I was sold right then and there! Ceramic coating, window coating, and window tint all done and on a regular maintenance schedule. You won't find a better place to keep your ride looking it's best and protected!
The ceramic coating job I had done at Flawless Finish was EXCELLENT!!! Worth every penny!! If you do it, do it RIGHT. Go with the 9-year package. They will not let you down. I am a lifer. Follow their instructions, of course. They are experts! My 2020 Dodge Challenger is even more beautiful than when I rolled off the lot! Thank you Flawless Finish!

After buying my car used, it’s paint was severely out of shape, there were tons of micro scratches and even some deeper ones as well. What you see in the photos is a full 3 step paint correct and ceramic coating. We 100% got what we paid for with this detail. 9 years of protection, 10H on the hardness scale, fully paint corrected to remove all defects, unmatched gloss, unmatched hydrophobic properties, wheels coated, headlights restored. Flawless Finish Detailing made this look like a totally renewed brand new paint job.
