I reached out to several shops for quotes on PPF and ceramic on our new car. Portland Pro Detail felt the most personal. Greg and Joe are knowledgeable, communicative, and professional. They were proactive about daily updates on progress, available to answer questions and stand by the quality of their work. Our PPF was coming up slightly on some edges in the first week, which is common. They were available to address these spots quickly and everything has been solid since then, now a month and a half later. Great overall experience, exactly what you would hope for in a small, local business.

A big thanks to Greg and Joe. After first taking my car to a very reputable detailer in Portland I discovered half my car was now covered with swirls and holograms. I was devastated. I really didn't have a clue how to proceed. After doing a little research online I found a video on Instagram for Portland Pro Detail showing them removing holograms from the hood of a car. I figured these were my guys. After meeting the low-key father and son team I felt even more confident. They weren't the least bit fazed by the job. I made an appointment for the next day. It only took them a few hours and when I picked up my car it looked like new. Don't mess around with other shops. Check out the before and after shots all taken in full sun if you have any doubts.
Greg is as nice as they come. Professional, friendly, fair, and you can tell he really loves what he does. I felt really good leaving my truck with a person who admires cars. He brought me in 2 weeks after the job for a car wash and teaching me how to take care of the coating and ppf wraps. He's your man if you want to protect your car.
