So I’ve been going to this car wash since they opened without any issues I think the pricing is great and the wash is satisfying. I ran into an issue a little while ago where my mirror was folded in by an attendant and it snapped off. I got my incident report filled out and was on my way. I give the owner a call the follow day and I’ve never dealt with something that was so nerve wracking so smoothly. I was on the phone for about 2 minutes and before I even got my full name out he told me he’s got everything covered, no pushback no back and forths he took full responsibility. He gave sent me the business card to his body shop and even gave the owner a text to let him know that I’ll be coming in. The owner is very respectful and honest as were his attendants that were present!! They gave me the information so it can be handled and supplies to get my mirror back on until it got fixed. Any issues you have that leads you to leaving a bad review is because you haven’t taken the time to call and resolve. One of the most relieving experiences I ever had!! So before you decide to leave a negative review give the owner a call I’m positive that he’ll do anything in his power to make sure you end that call satisfied with the results!! They have my business for as long as I’m around even headed there after I got it put on!! Thank you to Charlie and his team!!
Wow! They have things I didn't know I needed! The mat cleaner is awesome! The vacuums are awesome. There were multiple stations to scrub the bugs off! The staff was extremely helpful Jenny helped explain somethings and got me a broom and even offered to help me sweep out the back of my truck. Once I got done cleaning the inside I went and scrubbed off the bugs and went in for the car wash. Nicholas paitently answered my many questions and if he didn't have the answer he found it quickly :) I also noticed the entire time that I was cleaning inside my vehicle that there were employees constantly cleaning the grounds and walking around cleaning up and keeping things nice. Great experience definitely would encourage others to visit :)
