Bill and his team provide the ultimate in customer service. Before beginning work on the car, Bill went over the entire vehicle with us; explaining our options and expected results and then exceeded our expectations. He even sent us pictures during the detailing. We had seen some of their work and thought we’d give him a try; we had the Blue Vette done and were so impressed at pick up that we scheduled the black one. It already looked show ready but was stunning when we picked it up!
Immaculate Paint Protection just completed a new PPF and ceramic coating on my 2024 LR Defender. The SUV came out amazing with Bill's attention to detail being second to none. Bill's honest and straight forward approach makes pricing clear and up front. I decided on using Immaculate Paint Protection for all of their 5 star reviews, I am glad I did.
Immaculate Auto Spa did an outstanding job on my PPF and ceramic vehicle wrap! The garage is spotless, my vehicle was safe the entire time, and I received daily updates on the progress — which gave me complete peace of mind. The finish is flawless, the shine is incredible, and maintenance is effortless. I also appreciate the 30-day follow-up to make sure everything settled perfectly and the tutorial on proper care so I can keep it looking its best. Please excuse the lengthy review but the TL;DR is if you’re looking for any sort of PPF, Ceramic Coating, or Tint work for your car, look no further than Immaculate Paint Protection. Bill, the owner, is truly in a class of his own when it comes to the work as well as his customer service. I emailed numerous shops for quotes on a full wrap Matte PPF install for my 2026 Tesla Model Y as well as window tint and Bill was the only one who personally called to not only give me the quote, but talk through the entire process, the products he would use, and educate me on why he’s using those products. It was a good 10-15 minute call purely dedicated to process and background which speaks volumes to the caliber of service Bill provides. At the time, Bill was not certified in window tinting (now he is!!) however, he said that he would bring in a certified tech to install the tint so I could get everything done in his shop rather than taking it elsewhere for tint. He is clearly passionate about 100% customer satisfaction and providing the best possible service he can! To further highlight Bill’s top shelf customer service, he asks to bring the car back ~4 weeks later for a complimentary hand wash but, more importantly, for him to inspect his work and identify any imperfections that he could correct. As a matter of fact, he did notice a few spots in the wrap that he was not satisfied with and offered to replace those pieces free of charge! It is clear that he holds himself to a higher standard and is easily evident in his work, demeanor, and craftsmanship. When you come into his shop, he doesn’t treat you as just another transaction, but takes his time with you, makes you feel valued, and addresses all of your questions and concerns. In addition to all of that, he provides daily updates and pictures of the progress which I greatly appreciate and is a sign of true white glove service. I think it is also very telling that his shop is pristine and very well organized! Bill, I can’t thank you enough for your hard work and greatly value your high level of service and communication. You’ve got a customer for life and will bring my future cars, as well as tell all of my friends and family to bring their cars, to Immaculate Paint Protection for all of their PPF, Ceramic Coating, and tinting needs!!
Just took delivery of our new 2025 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali from Bill Fetter at Immaculate Paint Protection (Allentown, PA). The truck looks even better than when we drove it off the dealer’s lot! Bill took the time to fully understand our desires with the paint protection film, explained the benefits (and limitations), and suggested protection elements we didn’t even consider. His commitment to quality is evident in every step of the process. Following a full wash, Bill inspected the surfaces, prepped, and installed the film with meticulous detail. The finished product looks terrific and I’m sure will hold up to the rigors of use given the high-quality materials and installation process. Bill will re-inspect everything in a few weeks (after the film fully settles) and give a hand-on lesson in how to properly care for the product to ensure long-term success. We will keep the Denali for many years and the film installed by Immaculate Paint Protection will keep everything as fresh as delivery day! Thanks, Bill, for a terrific job!!!
