We were a long time customer of this place UNTIL today. My college son back on spring break took his junker Subaru over with out me and they took complete advantage of him by charging him the price of our new SUV Mazda!!! 80.00!!!! Never again. They are either not there when u show up to get a cleaning because they've ducked out for the day or their pulling scams like this. I Hope someone in the west shore puts a place like this here because I will not go back to these scammers. Hell, when you get into the car, it's not even completely CLEANED TO TOP IT ALL OFF. 😡✋🛑
The team at CR's did a great job. I'm not a member but I dropped our car off around 10:00 AM and it was ready for pick up but 12:30. prompt service and great valve they cleaned both inside and outside car looks new again. Thanks to everyone
CR/Automotive Detailing has been taking care of our cars for years. They look like they just came off the showroom floor each time we pick them up. Prices are reasonable. Service is stellar. I highly recommend.
CR never EVER disappoints!! Got stuck in traffic on my way there and missed my appointment time by about and hour. Austin was able to get me in as soon as I got there. They took extra care of both my vehicles! The Supreme car wash on both cars made them look better than brand new and got lots of compliments about how clean the vehicle looks. If I could rate CR 10 stars I would? 10/10 service, 10/10 cleaning, 10/10 atmosphere!
Absolutely thrilled with my experience at CR Automotive Detailing! Having worked in the tractor trailer washing industry for 7 years, I thought I knew what to expect from a detailing service. However, CR completely exceeded my expectations! After driving past for years, I finally stopped after my chiropractic appointment nearby. From the moment I walked in, the professionalism and warmth of the staff were evident. They took my truck straight in, and I was able to watch the entire process from their beautiful, spacious waiting room on a screen. Cam, the owner, personally greeted me when they finished the final touches on my truck. His entire team was fantastic, showcasing a level of care and attention that is hard to find. The facility itself is immaculate, which only added to the positive experience. When I saw my truck, I was blown away—it was spotless in every nook and cranny! I couldn't believe how quickly they scrubbed my big dual wheel truck. I’m actually writing this review while they detail my 12-passenger van for my upcoming wedding! This is my second visit, and I can confidently say it won’t be my last. I plan to bring my fleet and personal vehicles here regularly.
