I reached out to Jon on Friday evening after accidentally scratching my van at a car wash that used brushes — plus, months of automatic washes had left tons of paint swirls. My new van, which I got in December, looked terrible in such a short time. Jon got back to me right away and was able to fit me in within just two days. His communication was excellent — he sent updates throughout the process and offered very fair pricing. I went with the Premium Exterior Detail, and the results were incredible. The paint looks smooth, shiny, and brand new again! I’m so happy with the experience and absolutely plan to become a monthly customer. Highly recommend Sir Duke Detailing and Jon’s outstanding work!
Fantastic service! I just got my car back from Jon (used his pick up/delivery option) and OMG, it looks like new! I sprung for the Premier Service and can say it is worth every penny. The finish is as smooth as a baby's behind 😆 and I can actually see through the windows again! He also did some kinda magic to restore the exterior black trim. Five star service and I will definitely treat my Crosstrek to his TLC again. Thanks Jon! I'm a fan!
There’s plenty of detailing business in the Pittsburgh area, but you will not regret entrusting Sir Duke Detailing with your vehicle! Before I even dropped off my truck to be detailed, the staff were accommodating and easy to communicate with getting scheduled promptly. Ryder was the specialist who detailed my truck personally. I could tell every surface was worked on and handled with care inside and out. Lots of detailing business will over charge and miss lots of obvious dirt, grime, bugs, etc. However, Sir Duke means business with detail right in the name.
John and Bob did a fantastic job on our sprinter van! I highly recommend them for your detailing needs! They are honest , trustworthy and did what they said they would do. Our sprinter van looks show room ready even after 65,000 miles ,numerous national parks , sun damage in Florida and now back home in PA ! Thank you ! We will be using your services again after we get back in April from Florida!
Great experience! My car looks wonderful. Scheduling was just fine. We spoke on the phone, I entered in an appt request and he texted me the following day with scheduling which was fast. Easy drop off and pickup. I used the Silver and Clever location. Jon is very nice and explained everything in detail when it was finished. The wax is very well done. I got leather conditioner and an engine wash, too. No notes!
