Scammed me out of my order of towels, never sent..never received, the shop link disappeared the next day and the website was taken down. I reached out via phone# and email with no response. Currently disputing payment.
Took my car in there that needed some paint TLC. Paul and his wife were great to deal with and took the time to explain the different.services and products they offered. I went for paint correction, ceramic coat and interior detail and when I went to pick up the car I did not recognize it! It looked like it could have come off the showroom floor. They did a fantastic job, sending me in progress pictures along the way. They also use the best products. I will be going there again for my other vehicle and will be storing a car there for the winter. Highly recommended!
This is the second time I used RI Car Detailing. Diana and Paul made the entire process easy and the work was top-notch. I could not be happier with how the ceramic coating came out and how fresh the interior is now. My car looks even better than the day I got first got it. The staff was great to work with and very personable. I feel very comfortable dealing with them and highly recommend them.
Paul and Diana were amazing. Very organized with setting up the appointment, and excellent communication! I used them for their full interior cleaning and I could not be happier. I had some very old stains all over my front seats that have been there since the car was purchased in 2015. They got them all out! My car smells amazing and I can’t find a speck of dust anywhere. Highly highly highly recommend!!! Thanks guys!
Very nice and friendly owners. I use their car storage service and just recently got my car out for the summer. I had them fully detail the car and restore the headlights that were yellowing. They did a great job and the car looks fantastic. I will continue to use them and highly recommend them. Thanks guys!
