Linell and John did a phenomenal fixing a botched PPF job from another installer on my Audi S3. I addressed my concerns with John and not only did the work correct the concerned areas, but I could tell they took their time in making sure they got as much clarity and ensured the defects were not in sight but they did an even better install process than the other shop didn't do in terms of relief cuts and exposed edges I can tell they don't just do PPF here, they take pride in their work and are meticulous. They looked my vehicle and knew exactly what I'd be looking for and more to get a satisfactory result. These guys rock and id definitely recommend them!
Just getting around to writing this. But, I was up In Massachusetts visiting family back in October and doing some site seeing up in Salem . As we were coming into The Boston area on 90 I ended up hitting a tire skin from a 18 wheeler . Due to traffic and congestion I couldn’t pull off or safely stop right away. When we got to my relatives place I got out and looked at the damage . Unfortunately, my ppf was torn and messed up on my bumper . As particular as I am I didn’t wanna make the long drive back to Maryland on 95 with ugly chunks of film hanging off. Then, of course I didn’t wanna pull it off and have no protection on that drive back down. So, I called around to see who could get me in asap in the next 3-5 days while I was in town. I called Linell and John they were very friendly and understood my predicament. Linell told me they were booked out two weeks. But, he would talk to John and see if they could possibly work late one night to get this job done for me before I went back home. 30 minutes later I get a call back from Linell and he said if I could drop it off the next day and leave it he could have it ready for pickup the following morning. I rushed over and left my car with them. When it came time to pick up my car they had it sitting out side looking like new . They had done a courtesy wash since it was covered in road grime from the trip up. I was super appreciative of them staying late and going the extra mile to wash my car also. Surprisingly , when it came to pay they didn’t charge me any extra even though I said I’d gladly pay extra for the inconvenience and time. After some back and forth I made them at least take a tip for everything they had done. If you’re local these guys are great and you should support them . Definitely a solid crew who does great work.
OH MY GOODNESS, I am completely thrilled right now! 🤩 The dealership had me totally confused! They kept insisting that a ceramic coating was all I needed and that it would somehow prevent scratches and rock chips—I was starting to think I'd be safe from everything! They had me completely misinformed! But then I called and spoke to Linell, and he was an absolute gem! He took the time to explain the difference between ceramic coating and PPF (Paint Protection Film) without making me feel silly for believing the dealer. He just totally simplified everything and made sure I wasn't left with a bunch of confusing technical jargon. Seriously, finding this shop has been such a relief! Linell and his whole team were incredible from start to finish. The installation was absolutely flawless, and I love that they focused on exactly what I needed instead of pushing unnecessary upsells. This is one of the few places I truly trust! I will definitely be back in the future!"
These guys are amazing just good people. They did amazing work for reasonable prices. The best part was they go way above and beyond to take care of the customers. Would highly recommend for wrap paint correction and just general vehicle care. Scratch and dent removal was on point!
