Hands down the best shop I’ve ever worked with when it came to customer satisfaction. Tye the owner genuinely takes care of every customer’s car like it’s his own. He’s extremely detail oriented and happy to help. Emily his wife was very welcoming and super easy to work with as well, treating every customer the same. I had them remove my old tint which was flawless (no defroster damage at all) and also stain removal on my headliner. Both services came out great and I can’t wait to take my car back. Helped me check out some tint work that wasn’t even his and gave me pointers all along the way of things to look for while fixing others’ mistakes. Upstanding man and even better business, there’s a reason why so many high value cars come to this shop. I’ll definitely be back for more services in the future from Vivid!
Tye and his team are incredible! The level of service and quality of work is something you would expect from a top tier shop in a big city market. Throughout the entire process, from when I was first considering buying my vehicle and had general questions, through the two week post-install inspection, it felt like I was their only customer. He took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and thoughtfully, and made it apparent he would care for my vehicle as his own. He is up front about the difficulties of a particular install, and doesn’t give you unrealistic expectations for their work. That being said, his work is amazing. I could go on for a while complementing this business; suffice it to say Tye and his wife Emily, who also works at the shop, are genuinely good people, and we’re lucky to have people like them in our community. Services received: (1) full-body matte ppf and ceramic coat, (2) full tint, (3) wheel ceramic coating.
About 30 days ago, I purchased my very first Audi RSQ8 — and naturally, I wanted to protect my investment. After shopping around locally, I came across Vivid Finish and Films. I gave them a call and spoke with Tye, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. What stood out most was Tye’s attention to detail and how attentive he was throughout the process. As someone who might be borderline OCD and notices things others wouldn’t, I truly appreciated that level of care. Tye shared that same mindset and made sure everything was done with precision. I had Vivid Finish and Films do paint correction, PPF and Ceramic wheel coating on my 2017 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack and I could not be happier. The car looks like new and with the PPF keeping it clean is a breeze! After a car wash incident where some chemical destroyed my wheels, Vivid was able to get them stripped, repaired and powder coated gloss black (which looks amazing). Tye and the staff are so helpful and go out of their way to make me feel like I am valued. I live almost an hour away, but the drive is absolutely worth it in my opinion. They are top notch and I highly recommend them.
Repeat satisfied customer here. Have enjoyed working with Tye. They are as passionate about your vehicle as you are. This is the second older vehicle I’ve brought in and was more impressed at how they brought back original paint to look close to new, even on a 1996 non-garaged truck. Numerous dents and touch ups look great. They do a great job managing expectations and call with any changes to the work discussed and quoted. Very organized with scheduling for drop off and pickup. Although I didn’t have them tint this one, the tint job they did on a previous vehicle was flawless and matched other factory tint perfectly. They even buffed and polished the chrome, and replaced the emblem badges and side trim molding (materials I purchased) at no extra cost, which is very labor intensive. After the coating is on, washing the car is a breeze, even tough pollen spots and bird poop. If you care about your vehicle or even just want to protect your resale value, ceramic coating is a must and these guys are the best around. If it’s an older vehicle like mine are, ask about the paint correction they offer too which may save you 7-10k for a proper repainting job. Very happy with how this one turned out!
