These guys took me in same day on a Friday. They buffed out a scratch I had and detailed my truck beautifully. Very cool and nice team of guys and very careful work and attention to detail. 100% recommend.
I really hate to leave such a bad review but I’m just being honest and want to provide feedback in hopes this was a one off and they can self correct in the future. First off I spent some time deciding on where to go based on location and reviews. NAS is where I ultimately decided to take my truck. I made an appointment last night for 10:00-12:00pm time slot. I arrived for my appointment. To my surprise the shop tech didn’t know anything about the appointment and took down my name and phone number. No worries. I went about my day running errands. Based on the appointment time I figured the truck would be done around 12:00-12:30 or maybe even 12:45pm. As it’s approaching 1:45 I decide to call and check. I was not in a hurry and even told the guy on the phone. He asked the tech working on the truck how much longer and he said it would be ready about 3:00pm. I said thank you and sounds good. 3:45 rolls around and I finally get a call that it’s ready. In my mind I’m thinking great. They really spent a lot of time and attention on it and hopefully looks amazing. To my SURPRISE the truck smelled great. Interior looked glossy. BUT literally the carpets, seats and doors were barely even touched. The back of the seats weren’t even vacuumed out. I expected A LOT more from a place that had the truck on location for over 5 hours and for $250.00 Hopefully customer service reaches out to make this right. As I said before I hope this is a one off.
I kept my car in great condition for a year, but after a rainy week it was covered in leaves and pollen. I tried to wash it myself to no avail. I found Music City Auto Spa online and booked the Dream Spa Package. The service took about 4 hours instead of the usual 2.5–3 because they spent extra time removing all the leaf imprints and pollen. The results were gorgeous! My car looks brand new inside and out! I’ll definitely be back, but next time I’ll drop it off instead of waiting. Before and after photos show how bad it was and how beautiful it was when they were done. Thank you, guys!
I just got the dream auto detail. They are outstanding! It unfortunately rained 3 hours later, but the rain just ran straight off and it still looks clean as when I first bought it. I highly recommend them. They are extremely cordial and they pay attention to every detail. They even let you inspect before you pay to make sure everything is good! Love this place! And they didn't leave soap streaks anywhere.
Amazing !!!! Got my Benz looking brand new. Went above and beyond and were fast. My car smells great again ! My daughter spilled a milkshake in the back seat and they fixed the smell. Attention to detail is great too, my cup holders look flawless!!! Thank y’all !!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰
