The guy who runs it is a good dude. He gives military discounts. There was a weird smell left in my truck even with cracking the windows like he told me to do. I guess it didn't dry in time (which he offered me to come back) I just don't have the time right now. I definitely recommend though!
I have been very satisfied with Ideal Auto. I had ceramic coating put on my vehicle when I first purchased it. They have helped me understand the importance of several things. First , not to go through a car wash where the brushes create tiny swirls marks, second the 2 bucket washing method, and 3rd, the importance of maintaining my vehicle through regular washes and getting my regular reboot. So many other things that I’ve been educated in about maintaining my vehicle and keeping it looking the the shiniest car in Kingsport! Thanks so much Andre and Ideal Auto!
