I had lifetime exterior ceramic coating and interior coating done on my new car and John and Jackie made it even better than brand new. The process from beginning to end was quick and seamless. They're very communicative via texting. They paid so much attention to detail and provided a ton of education on how to take care of the coating. Just got my truck back from Phoenix 5 Star Elite Auto Detail after having them apply the System X Max ceramic coating and Interior coating to my vehicle. Just want to say couldn't be more pleased with the finished product. The vehicle looks like a mirror now and the exterior is extremely glossy. I had to change my appointment time 3 times due to some delays in picking my vehicle up from the dealership, and every time I called to change my appointment, they were very accommodating and able to get me in within the week. They worked on my vehicle throughout the weekend where I had a Sunday pickup time and walked me through the entire process of registering the warranty and what to do on my end so I can take care of my coating as far as washing recommendations. I will be recommending all future friends and family to phoenix for their detailing and ceramic needs.
