I reached out to this individual for a paint correction quote. He assured me he could take care of it the very next morning and gave me a specific scheduled time and address. I arrived at the location 5 minutes early and texted him to let him know I was there. After waiting 10–15 minutes past the scheduled start time with zero communication, I had no choice but to leave. What made this even more frustrating is that my iMessages had been working perfectly the day before, yet that morning my messages would not go through—and I received no call, text, or follow-up from him at all. This was a complete waste of my time and showed a lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
Jason absolutely gave my car that showroom gloss. Decontaminate wash and paint correction were done for swirls and fine scratches. Also, 3 year titanium ceramic coating and coated the wheels. He is very knowledgeable and personable with a great business ethic...he's a master at his craft. Would highly recommend Jason to anyone who wants their vehicle to look like new. Will absolutely do business again!
