I rarely leave negative reviews, especially for local businesses, but this experience warrants one. After my tint appointment, the rear windshield film bubbled almost immediately. I waited a few days before reporting it, assuming it might settle. They scheduled a redo but sent the same technician despite my request for a different one. The issue remained. After sending photos, they scheduled a third appointment, again with the same technician, and the problem still was not fixed. After each appointment, I also had to take my car to a car wash to clean residue left behind, adding unnecessary time and expense on top of an already frustrating situation. I was offered a partial refund and told it had been processed, but I never received it. After weeks of follow-ups and dozens of emails with no resolution, I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my bank to recover the "partial refund"!! After three failed attempts, I’m still left spending more time and money to fix work that was never completed properly. Charging a customer for work that cannot be completed properly, after multiple attempts, is simply crazy and reflects poorly on the business!
This is one of the worst quality services I’ve ever received. Originally tinted my windows while I was out of town. When I returned there were bubbles on 3 windows, lint under the film, and a huge dent on my passenger door. They came out again to fix it and only made it worse and added scratches to the film. They came out a 3rd time to redo the film and it’s still poor quality. They have been nice about redoing it and fixing it but it’s not worth it. I now have tried to fix the dent and they only paid for a touch up so the dent is still there. Terrible quality. Do not recommend and do not go here!
WOW!! Kelton did a truly amazing job on my vehicle! He came to my house, and did the ceramic coating on my windshield in only two hours. He was very communicative and organized. The online booking feature was super convenient, and I already know the pricing up front which was great. I felt an immediate difference after the ceramic coating was applied to my windshield! Definitely a 10/10 I am beyond thrilled and thankful.
Maybe I am not current on what the definition of a “detail” actually is, but I was very sweetly gifted a car detail by my spouse for Christmas. In our minds this would at the least result in a shiny, clean exterior and a wiped down interior car. The “detail” was scheduled at my office and when the technician was finished he came inside my office to introduce himself and show me the final product. Walking towards the car I could see a huge bird dropping on the hood. When I asked if that had happened after he washed the car, he said “Oh, I didn’t wash the exterior. That wasn’t included.” I was never told this was an interior only job. The front and rear seat areas were nicely cleaned and wiped down. Then I checked the cargo area. I had a bike rack that has to be unlatched, but it was pretty obvious how to do it. When I opened the hatch, the inside hadn’t been touched. The technician said he didn’t know how to unlatch the bike rack. You could’ve come inside and asked, dude. I said I wanted that cleaned. I went back in and returned 10 minutes later to a minimally detailed hatch area. They also said initially I was going to owe another $50 for this on top of the $150 my spouse had already paid! They later said they would waive it. I knew someone in the Woodlands who used a mobile wash service that washed and dried the exterior, vacuumed and wiped the interior with air freshener for $35!! Needless to say, this was a very underwhelming experience. I would not use this company again. The owner was responsive about my experience so I added a star and will likely give him the opportunity to have a better experience for my next cleaning.
