I went here on Monday 2/9, I was searching “car washes near me” and this was the first to populate, I didn’t realize it was a cashless service, however, I was still able to get service. I was greeted by a young lady, who did not announce her name, but it was very gracious to give me pricing information on membership, pricing versus regular pricing. I paid $80 for a full service car wash inside and out. I had told her. It was my first time there, and she said just go around and they will tell you what to do next. I get to the next area and the gentleman did not Speak English. I have not been to a car wash where I had to stay inside the car, other than gas station car washes so I was not familiar with the process. I didn’t like staying in the car. When I first exited the car wash area, I thought I was finished because since no one could speak English, I didn’t realize I had to go back around where I initially started to do the vacuuming part. I had to figure that out on my own. I was told I could wait in a very small office inside. I did see what I thought may have been workers wearing red and blue shirts inside, but nobody greeted me. Nobody let me know when I would know when my car was ready. I had to ask somebody before I was even told. I wind up, going back outside to wait. I did it. The lady that detailed my car, but I will never go back again and spend $80. I just wish the customer service was better and that the workers were at least bilingual and then I would’ve been greeted properly being a first time customer there and not knowing what was happening.
I had a great experience at this car wash. The entire place is very well organized and extremely clean, which immediately stood out to me. They provide clean towels for customers to use, which shows they really pay attention to hygiene and customer comfort. I also chose the Ultimum package and was very impressed that it includes hand drying service, a great touch that helps prevent water spots. The vacuum stations are excellent as well, with very strong suction power that makes interior cleaning quick and effective. Overall, this is a very well-run car wash and I’ll definitely be coming back.
I never signed up for a membership but my card was charged $46. I paid for one car wash on November 15th for $23 and they are now charging that credit card for the monthly membership. I have left several messages and they will not respond. When I paid for my single car wash on November 15th, the attendant assured me it was for one wash and the card would not be authorized for anything else. Addendum: The manager, Mr. Eads, returned my call and rectified the situation. He was very helpful.
I really appreciate the excellent service I get at Carnation. They always go above a basic wash to make your car look polished. I get the Ultimate Interior Service to make the car look great, inside and out. The waiting area is very comfortable either way coffee and donuts in the morning, and bottled water all day. For self service, the vacuums always work and they provide towels and cleaner. They have managed to continue to provide this same service year over year. 5 stars all the way!
I came here on 10/17/25 and paid $50 for a wash and vacuum. The older gentleman at the drive-through register helped me. I live about 10 minutes away, and when I got home, I noticed there was still pet hair in the back seat, which was the main reason I came in, since I had family visiting. I went back right away, and the same employee said, “WELL, YOU SHOULD HAVE CHECKED THAT BEFORE YOU LEFT!” a rude tone. I told him I come here all the time and have never had an issue, so I assumed it would be cleaned properly. He said it would take two hours to redo, so I left and used my husband’s shop vacuum instead. I also saw that part of the exterior roof trim had been pulled loose, which I fixed myself. I’ve always liked this place, but for $50 and how much prices have gone up, I expected better service and attitude.
