Great family owned shop! Very knowledgeable and respectful. Work quick to get your ride back and communicate well with you on any issues. The secretary was a little much though!!! I’m just kidding Hillary!! Although I had to have my ride in the shop, it was a great experience! Go check em out when your car needs a doc!

Being newer to College Station, I got referred to CarDoc for my older diesel truck. I called & spoke to Conor & he thoroughly explained how the inspection / quote process works & made me an appt. Jeremy called me back after thoroughly inspecting my issue & gave me a detailed quote & what he’d recommend replacing first etc. He even emailed me pictures & a video of my issue. Now I just need to safe up for these massive repairs, but I least I have a game plan now !! Thank you again guys !! I appreciate everything!!
Great experience. We have used CarDoc before and had great service. It was even better this time. They worked on my brand new car which had some issues that didn’t get repaired from an accident. They were able to get the parts in a couple of days and were so great keeping me up to date. They even got it done the same day which they had warned me it might be a couple days ti a week. Helen was awesome to work with. Their pricing was very fair. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs automotive work done.

From the moment I walked in, the reception team impressed me with their professionalism and friendliness. They answered all my questions thoroughly and provided clear, helpful information about my vehicle. Communication throughout the process was outstanding. Every detail was explained, from quotes to scheduling, with nothing left unclear. I even had the opportunity to speak directly with the technician, who was both knowledgeable and professional. While Car Doc may not be the cheapest option, they’ve certainly earned my trust as the best. Thank you to the entire team for maintaining such a high standard of service!
