This is a long overdue review. Gunes & Benjamin did it again, another awesome job on my bike. This is the 2nd motorcycle I’ve had them apply PPF and Ceramic. The dirt just washes off with ease and it shines better than new. Their attention to detail is 2nd to none! I would definitely recommend this company and have sent friends to them already.

After being strung along and let down by another so-called premium ceramic company, I contacted CeramicFX, and within minutes, I knew I was finally in good hands. Gunes took the time to explain in clear detail how ceramic coatings and PPF work, what the pros and cons were of different options, and what would work best for my car. There was no rush, no pressure — just helpful education from someone who clearly knows his craft. He offered me a good discount and had next-day availability. I was scheduled to bring my car in at 12 noon. I showed up at 11:45 and called him — turns out there was a small mix-up and he had the appointment noted as 12:30. But what Gunes did next truly showed me the kind of professional he is. He apologized sincerely and asked me to grab lunch nearby and offered to pay for it. That kind of service-first mentality is rare. We met at his shop at 12:30 and I was impressed the second I stepped in. The facility was spotless, fully equipped, and felt trustworthy. To make up for the short delay, he even offered to add PPF on my mirrors at no additional cost. While we were still chatting, his teammate Ben had already begun work on my car — this team does not waste time. Before I left, Gunes asked how I was planning to get back home. I had a rental car booked at an Enterprise about four miles away and was going to call an Uber. Without blinking, he offered to drive me there. Two days later, when I was returning the rental and heading back to pick up my car, I texted him my ETA. When I walked out of Enterprise, he was already there to pick me up. That blew me away. Back at his shop, he took the time to walk me through every detail of what they had done. My car looked better than when it rolled off the showroom floor. But it didn’t end there — he gave me a full demo of proper car wash techniques, how to maintain the ceramic coating, and offered personalized tips based on my lifestyle and driving habits. Finally, I went to pay by credit card, and he mentioned there’s usually a 3% charge — something that hadn’t come up earlier during the conversations. He immediately acknowledged the oversight and waived the fee, no hesitation. From start to finish, this experience was seamless, honest, and exceptional. The pricing was fair — not the cheapest, but certainly not overpriced for the quality and attention to detail. If you want to protect your investment and be treated with real respect, CeramicFX is the only place I’d recommend in Dallas-Fort Worth. They didn’t just win my business — they earned my loyalty.
