Arrived to the parking spot the General Manager asked me to pull into. I told him my door on the rear passenger side can't be opened. I come outside to find my door open off the track and broken. Also my other back door was automatic is now broken as well. The GM said he wasn't out here when they opened the door and I haven't seen him anymore when I asked to speak to a manager the employees told me that's who I was speaking with. This place is truly trash. The owner isn't answering the messages his employees are sending. It's just unprofessional and not even quality work. My entire dashboard and windshield is something I have to clean after they claim to be done. This is my second and last time. Still waiting for the GM to come back outside. It's been 30 minutes since I last spoke. Further inspecting my vehicle they broke both automatic doors. My windows in the rear won't even work anymore. The GM came out and said then said he didn't have anything to do with it and coward back inside the building somewhere. This is ridiculous!!!
I was recommended here by a friend; I came here twice. The first time I waited for over an hour to get my truck finished and the two young men didn't do a good job. I tried giving it a second chance, it was a bit better but it didn't meet my expectations. The windshield and mirror on the passenger side were not cleaned, the middle console was dirty, and didn't cleaned the steering wheel. The quality usually reflects the price. I'll have to look somewhere else.
I paid for the Desoto Exterior Car Wash and after the wash went to an available bay for the towel dry and tire/rim shine. After about 5 minutes a lady asked to move to another open bay and told that another person would help me. After moving another car drove where I had been parked and started getting the service and no one showed up to the bay I was asked to move to. I was there about 20 minutes before giving up and seeing plenty of other people just standing outside of their cars and looking/waiting for someone to help them. The wash was fine. Would recommend you just pay for the basic tunnel wash and avoid all the other nonsense.
Omg... I am still in awe as to how great they detailed my sister car. It had been at the mechanic for almost a year so it was horrible. Mr. Al was nice, he came to look it over, gave me the price and said they could get it cleaned. He did not lie, that car looked better than the previous detail attempt. He also allowed a windshield guy to come on the property and replace the windshield while I was gone. Its just sooo much kindness and helpfulness that he showed me and I will be forever grateful. I didnt get the 2 ladies that detailed the car but obviously they did the dang thang 😍 this is our new go to carwash. Side note, all of the employees were nice, spoke and smiled when walking by. The whole experience was just so refreshing from the way people are so mean and hostile these days.
Used to go to any car wash, but this place is great quality for the price. Plus, I ended up buying the monthly cost. Now I just being cash to tip the guys/gals working in the heat. It's 60 a month for full service, interior detail and drying the car off post wash. Plus, doesn't matter when it gets dirty. I honestly try to remember to go weekly, though my memory isn't great! Was a real life-saver whenever it snowed or iced, because I didn't feel bad washing off the salt basically every other day. Good way to prevent damage for sure. And I brought my partner's car in after a year or two of no cleaning, and they even got stains out! (Note I'm not 100% about polishing, but I know the drive thru full service applies wax, and they definitely detail the interior between vacuuming and wiping everything down.)
