Please stay away from this business. I booked an appointment for 1:00 PM on Tuesday the 27th. Since I work during the day, I drove there the day before to drop off my vehicle. The next day, I left work early to pick it up on time and even asked a friend for a ride. When I arrived at 3:00 PM, I was shocked to find that they had not even started working on my vehicle. I spoke with a few people I assumed worked there, but they had no information. I then called Herman, who later found out he does not even work on-site and only schedules appointments. He said he would call me back, but I am still waiting. One of the workers who was cleaning another vehicle asked me how I wanted my deposit refunded or I can reschedule —without any explanation or apology. I also spoke with another customer whose vehicle was being cleaned. He was clearly upset, explaining that they arrived late for his appointment and were repeatedly told his vehicle was ready. When he inspected it, it was not. This business is completely disorganized and unprofessional. Avoid the stress and frustration. At the very least, I expected them to offer to come to my location to complete the service, but that did not happen. Please do not waste your time or money on a business that does not value either.

I’m extremely impressed with this car wash/detail service. They paid attention to every detail, the interior smells and looks amazing, and the exterior has a perfect shine. Great customer service and quality work. I will definitely be coming back!

We had our car detailing and cleaning last November 26. We just checked the trunk and It seems like it wasn't cleaned at all. This is not a good experience with the service considering that you have high reviews online. Follow up review- December 23, 2025 When this incident happened, we contacted them to report what occurred. They said that Ernesto would get back to us and clean the missed trunk. We waited for a month, but they never followed up. Today, I sent them another message, but it seems like they no longer plan to clean it because of the negative review I wrote. That’s totally fine. However, I want others to know how they handled our case. I hope they don’t treat other customers the way they treated us and that they improve their service.
