I recently took my truck to get ceramic coated and the experience was amazing. I got there kind of late but they understood I was coming out of town and still tried to get it done asap for me. Without cutting corners my truck came out beautiful. Pictures were sent of the process and I kept being updated which I appreciate for peace of mind. I did have some bad scratches on there from before and they just vanished after I got it back. Everything was explained in details which I’m also appreciative of because I like to be disclosed everything from a professional aspect. The prices was direct and very reasonable, I mean I got a great deal!! None the less, they didn’t shy away from giving me the best service possible. I truly couldn’t recommend them enough for anyone looking for a luxury detail to bring their vehicle back to life. Alec and Nate took really good care of me, and you can tell they love what they do because of the quality of work that was provided. Thank you again you guys for giving me the privilege to experience an investment with ease.
Let me start with the good. The paint correction was great, looked brand new. I got a package deal which included a detail and inside clean. My truck was far from that. I ended up bringing it back in the following week to have it be in “show room condition”. This was not the case. I will not be bringing back my any of my vehicles for any work. $1,500 to paint correct, coat, and half way clean a truck is not worth it with them. There are better shops to spend your money at. Huracán Nero did an amazing job on both my wife’s Mercedes-Benz and my RAM. Jay and Alec were fantastic to work with from start to finish. Jay got us signed up and made the process easy, while Alec handled the work on our vehicles and walked us through every step. He also kept us updated by sending photos throughout the process, which we really appreciated. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend Huracán Nero, and if you go there, make sure to ask for Jay and Alec.
Jay and Jeffrey are awesome! I contacted Huracon when I first researched having a ceramic coating on my car. I just got a black 2018 Lexus LS 500 and want to keep it beautiful. Jay and I talked on the phone a couple times and texted a few more as I was deciding whether it was for me or not. Jay was always friendly and happy to answer my myriad of questions. He never pressured me; in fact he encouraged me to take my time and research until I came to a decision. When I decided to go with it and brought my car in, Jeffrey continued giving me confidence on my decision with his passion and enthusiasm. He looked over my car and noticed some things only a pro would see. He went over my entire vehicle with me, explained all the steps they woukd take, showed me the swirling, light scratches and imperfections that they would make disappear and pointed out a couple of things he knew they couldn't completely remedy. He was very honest about what to expect and got me very excited about the end results too! His attention to detail was impressive, as was his care of my baby. He did a fantastic job! Both he and Jay kept me updated on their progress and were genuinely excited for me to see Lexi and come pick her up when she was ready. My car looks phenomenal! It is pretty close to showroom quality. Jay and Jeffrey went over caring for the ceramic coating as well as details of the 10 year warranty. Did I mention I think Jay and Jeffrey are really good guys? I'm a very happy camper! thanks! I wish I was a better photographer to show off the beauty of their work.
