Great car wash! I drive further just to get to this particular car wash. Other car washes don't pretreat you car, front and back, which leave bugs and dirt on your car. QwikWash is the best and I always come away feeling like I got my money's worth.
I would give this place a zero-star review if that were possible. The customer service was terrible. The man working behind the desk between 12:00–1:00 PM CST on January 20th was extremely rude and unprofessional. People in the service industry are supposed to be courteous and helpful, but it seems customer service has been completely lost here. Martin Burke was the inspector for this visit. I asked Martin for help with something, and instead of responding politely, he was very rude about it. He could have easily explained it to me in a respectful way. To be clear, the car wash staff was very nice, and this review is not directed at them. I have been coming to this place for inspections for years, but after this experience, they have lost a long-time customer.
The large guy in the oil change area is consistently horrific with his bad attitude and lack of customer service!!! it is unreal that they have kept him at their place of business for multiple years, it just tells me that they are paying zero attention to their staff….that simple. NOTE: I just read other reviews that said the exact same thing about the large guy in the oil change, when are you folks going to figure out how much business he is costing you, I edited my review to add this information !
I'm only in the habit of providing reviews for very positive experiences but I have to warn people since we were cheated. We paid for services that they didn't and would not complete. Do not trust the attendants' word. We paid for a full synthetic oil change including exterior wash and 12 step interior. We also paid for a state inspection. When the inspection failed, we went to go complete the exterior and interior cleaning. At that time we were told that the machine was down and we'd have to come back. We asked for a receipt or something to provide so that we can have the cleanings done a later date. They said it's all in the system tied to the license plate. Today their reps are reporting that the services were all marked complete so they are unable to provide to complete what we paid for. They even proceeded to insult us by claiming it possible that we left that day because we didn't want to wait and didn't tell anyone!
Very disappointed. I got the most expensive in n out wash and gave them $10 tip on top. The carwash itself looks good and clean. The guy on the exterior wash didn’t check my recite, so I think they run the same program for everybody. Interior wash is just a scam. The literally did only vacuum. Windows and panels haven’t been clean. Ive noticed that only on the intersection after i left. For $50 total i would rather go somewhere else. Just see the pictures. I would love to get a 50% refund, for the interior. The tires cleaning is 3 out of 10🙁
