I hated that my car needed so much work done to make it drivable I’m really happy to have it back. It feels good. It’s running good fingers crossed it stays that way for a while. Everyone was super nice called me every time they had to replace something kept me in the loop. I feel good about that. I feel like I can trust them to be fair and honest.😍
Absolutely the best service hands down. Honest service with great pricing. You would be crazy to bring your German made car to a dealership and pay in average 20% more for tbe same work. I have used German car care for my Audi, Mercedes, and every time they saved me a significant amount of money from what the dealership was attempting to charge me. Thanks I appreciate you tremendously!
Took my BMW in for some repairs. The staff were friendly and kept me updated on progress. The repairs were done in a very reasonable amount of time. Prices were very fair as well. I will be using them for all of my car needs from here forward. Great job folks!

For over 15 years, I’ve been taking my 2009 E350 to the Mercedes Grapevine dealership, under the impression that having them handle the service was the best choice since I purchased the vehicle from them. However, I began to notice that while they would address the immediate issues—the “why” behind the problem—they never managed to get to the root cause. Recently, I decided to try German Car Care, and what a game changer it has been! Upon picking up my vehicle from them, I was amazed at how thoroughly they were able to diagnose the underlying issues I had been experiencing. They not only repaired my car, but they also provided me with detailed explanations of the problems, which helped me understand what was truly going on. I highly recommend German Car Care and their excellent service! I trust them with my BMW and they have serviced my car multiple times. Everytime I take my car to German Car Care, I have no worries. They are so genuine, professional, honest, caring, and responsive. They take great care of their customers and I’m always satisfied with the quality of work. I’ve had too many bad experiences at the BMW dealerships and take my car here instead. Don’t bother going to the dealership. If you’re ever hesitant about something the dealership recommends you fix, always get a 2nd opinion and come here for them to look at it. I’m so happy I found German Car Care. The pricing is more reasonable and they actually pay attention to detail. I really appreciate everyone here! Customer service is everything these days and they truly value that.
