Had a full detail not cheap at all just a extremely outrageous experience paid $375 for a detail and got bad results contacted te owner he took care of business but still 180 for a terrible wash was unacceptable
I spoke over the phone with Brian providing that I needed a full car detail. I paid for a full detail and a traveling fee. The service provided was not completed to the expected standard I paid for, but instead seemed more like a quick wipe-down. I’m disappointed & can’t help but feel cheated for my money, as I was expecting a level of quality service, yet did not receive that quality. When I reached out to discuss the issue, Brian agreed to address it, but I haven’t heard from him since. Attached are photos of two out of three areas that were not properly cleaned.
I’m new to the area and they were able to get me an appointment as soon as I moved in. Customer service is amazing. I’m from a small town and the friendliness of all the staff was like being back home. They are very accommodating and the convenience of having it done at home was great. The final product was better than expected, restoration looked new again on a 10 year old truck, and all the swirls/imperfections were removed. I highly recommend them and I plan to continue to use them anytime I need a touch up
I’m extremely happy with the results and was genuinely impressed by the amazing job Robert did on our vehicles, two cars and two motorcycles. Everything looked brand new again! He did an excellent job. Robert is very kind and also shared interesting facts I didn’t know about car paint. Seriously, you learn something new every day!😅 I truly hope to use Alpha Lion services again in the future. I was beyond satisfied and surprised at how beautiful all four vehicles looked. ☺️ Highly recommend!✨
Alpha Lion Auto Detailing was an amazing service! They arrived to our home on time. The detailing crew were professional and worked hard to ensure we were happy with the result. I added the result images which showcases an amazing outcome. Trust me when I say that the pre-service condition of the car was in need of professional help! We will definitely work with them again!
