Worst car wash I’ve ever had !! Paid 25$ and guy told me they did rims and tires, only did tires and crap job at that and missed half a windshield ! Never going back
This was my first time visiting, and Eduardo was very helpful and patient throughout the entire process. He provided excellent guidance and helped me tremendously with my interior cleaning, explaining each step clearly and making me feel very comfortable and confident. His customer service is exceptional, and you can truly tell that he cares about the well-being of his clients. I will definitely return to this place.😊
Not quite sure what I paid $110 for. I literally had to pull into the self service and clean my own vehicle. They can pull the cameras to see I'm not lying. They did a terrible job. My car was still dirty after the wash, they didn't wipe down the all of the interior of the car. I guess they were hoping I didn't check. My windows were half wiped and still dirty. I had to reclean them. They didn't clean my seats and I didn't see them shampoo the carpet. I'm currently grieving as I just lost 2 family members last week, so I didn't want to cause a scene. I'm mad I wasted my hard earned money. I could've just went to the gas station car wash. The sales guy was nice, but I won't be back.
I always enjoy coming to Carnation Auto Spa, and today Juan made the experience even better. From the moment I pulled in, his customer service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and professional. He really made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. It’s refreshing to interact with someone who genuinely cares about the people coming through. Really nice place to take your car for DIY or light detail (50$) . Waiting area is nice w a tv. Free coffee, water and donuts. The DIY bays are wide. C9me with towels, window clearer, air freshener, nice long vacuum hoses. Either way an excellent experience. They do everything from a exterior wash and go to full detail. Nice staff.
